Remodeled, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo complete with balcony view of popular John's Pass in southern Madeira Beach. This ideally located condo includes heated beachside pool, BBQ grills and an on-site coin laundry for your convenience. Free Wifi. Beach Place unit #102 has one parking spot. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.
The spacious kitchen includes all utensils, coffee maker and microwave. The living area provides comfortable, updated furnishings and television with DVD player, serving as a perfect spot to unwind after a fun filled day at the pool or beach. Both bedrooms provide plenty of room as each have two queen beds, and television making accommodations perfect for families, a girl's or guy's getaway, family reunion or any special occasion. Bathrooms are spacious, meticulously clean and linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon approval.
As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home. ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
