Surf Song #113 is a 2 bedroom 1 bath Surf Song Cottage - Ground floor. The cottage is a separate building apart from all other Surf Song Units. Located on the east side of the complex near the BBQ area 113 has a King in the master bedroom and twin bunk beds and single bed in the guest bedroom. Should you have small children or over night guest there is a sleeper sofa in the living area. This recently remodeled beach cottage has a granite kitchen with stainless appliances updated bath and tropical decor. Onsite management office by SunHost. Free Wifi. There is no phone in this unit.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.
As a (Property Management) managed unit, this property will be fully furnished with all kitchen utensils, linen for all beds, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay. When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.
Surf Song 113 is located just across the street from the famous John's Pass Village & Boardwalk. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden. You can access the Pass via the beach by traversing under John's Pass Bridge or any of a number of safety crosswalks.

ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
