The kitchen, with granite counter space and newer kitchen appliances comes fully prepared for your visit with all the essentials to make your stay enjoyable. There is also a dining area, just outside the kitchen, perfect for playing games, or enjoying a meal. The living room has a large leather sofa. The private balcony offers some of the best ocean views available. Here is the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite cocktail while witnessing some of the most beautiful Florida sunsets. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed and television. This is a perfect unit for a couple. Kitchen utensils, linens, extra pillows and sufficient towels are fully stocked upon arrival. Please note this is a non-smoking home.
When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. Naturally from this ideal location, you are just steps from the gorgeous gulf beaches and huge heated swimming pool that will be popular with the entire family. BBQ facilities provided.

ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
