Crimson on the Gulf #203 - A beautiful, bright, spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath condo that is waiting for you to enjoy! This updated retreat has it all, including one of a kind views, and proximity to all of the amenities southern Madeira Beach offers. Free Wifi. 7 night rental minimum, Saturday arrival/departure required. Call for exceptions .

Crimson is a Smoke Free property including all private balconies and common areas. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed. Please note that lost keys will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

The newly remodeled kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including french door refrigerator, maple wood cabinets, underground stainless sink, nickel faucets and all utilities you will need for your visit. New pendant lighting surrounds the kitchen and bar seating area. In the living room, new leather sofa, flat screen TV with DVD offers a quiet space for relaxing. Offering sensational beach and pool views on the huge side balcony. Enjoy colorful sunsets from this one of a kind vantage point!

203 Crimson has two master suites. The first has a king canopy bed with walkout balcony. The bath includes double sinks, nickel faucets, double mirrors, frameless shower doors and granite counters. The second master has a king bed and walk out balcony. Two twin beds and one bunk bed furnish the 3rd bedroom. All bedrooms contain new bedding and comfortably sleeps up to six people. As with every SunHost property, linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon arrival. Washer and dryer, are here as well for your convenience.

Amenities also include daily access to the main office for any business needs that arise, such as copying and printing boarding passes. Maintenance is also available seven days a week along with an after-hours emergency call attendant. This is a non smoking home.

Just steps from the crystal clear Gulf waters, heated swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ facilities, and across the street from John's Pass Village, this is Florida living at its best. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.


Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

"Beautiful condo!
Beautiful condo! The were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. We enjoyed being right across from John's Pass also! Only complaint was the pool next door (which we overlooked) was open late and noisy some nights. Not a deal breaker, otherwise wonderful view from our balcony. Would definitely recommend this condo unit, we had a great week! Thank you Sunhost also for professionalism and friendliness! "

"Condo great-Property needs TLC
The actual condo was amazing! Plenty of space and adequate dishes to cook and eat with in a truly functional capacity. The Crimson property is still in disrepair from the hurricanes last fall. All the properties next to them are repaired and quite nice, but the pool and fence situation made us feel like we were in a prison yard. No beach vibe at all. That was very disappointing and made me listen to my husband complain about it for the whole week. The HOA needs to get it together because many vacationers were not happy about the pool area. Also the office staff seemed to take offense when questioned about the repairs and spoke to us like we were stupid because of the hurricane. Just some forewarning about the pool and hot tub area would have been nice. "

"Great week at the Crimson #203
We loved our stay at the Crimson #203. We were pleased to find that the condo had 3 bathrooms. I somehow missed that when I booked it. When you have teenage girls, the more bathrooms, the better. We loved the living space, the spacious balcony, and the bedrooms were a good size also. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was perfect for us, close to John's Pass. I liked the size of the building, not many units, so it was not super busy in the parking lot and elevator. I also liked that it sets back a bit from the beach, but the view was still perfect. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view. The unit is decorated nicely. The only negative thing was that there were not any non-stick pans, I had one delivered from Amazon. Beautiful condo, perfect location, and great views. I cannot comment on the pool, it was closed for hurricane damage. Thank you for sharing your home away from home."

"Wonderful stay!
Unit 203 was terrific. However, the pool was in desperate need of a good cleaning. The hot tub was not working. The pool and beach gates were a pain for a big family due to only having two keys. It seemed like we were always searching for who had the key. "

"Wonderful Vacation
Our Condo was a beautiful 3-bedroom 3 bath unit. Beautifully decorated with beautiful etched full length mirrors in each bathroom. The furniture was very comfortable, the TV a large screen for everyone to enjoy.

The only problem is the one guest room did not have sufficient A/C. It was very hot in there especially right before the sun going down. The A/C was not fixed, but the problem was resolved.

The Hot Tub was spectacular. Very Hot and Relaxing. The pool was a nice size. Pool maintenance could have been better. The pool person left and there were still leaves and debris in the bottom. He took some of it but not all.

I am only giving 4 stars because of the A/C. It was a perfect location and a beautiful condo. Hopefully the owners will have it fixed."

"Could be cleaner
Crimson 203 was overall a very nice condo. Updates, room sizes, and comfort were all commendable. However, the unit was not without major problems. The first day I walked around the condo without shoes, my feet were black as coal on the bottom. Thankfully, there were supplies for me to clean the floors, but I would have expected them to be clean before we got there. The master bathroom smelled like urine, and there was a spot of mold in the northeast corner of the master bedroom (with the ocean view). Finally—and perhaps worst of all—one of the shower doors fell onto my mother while she was showering on the first morning. Luckily, she wasn’t injured, and to their credit, the owners (or Sunhost?) ensured the door was repaired in short order. Nevertheless, I was disappointed in all of the issues we experienced during our stay. "

This remodeled condo was perfect for our girl’s trip with 6 women. It’s difficult to find 3bd, 3ba lodging in this area. It would only be better if we hadn’t had to haul our lounge chairs (we had to buy them at John’s Pass) down to the beach each day and then back up. "

Check in was easy, Barbara was friendly, very nice and extremely helpful. We got to our condo, it’s a beautiful place. Very high end furniture throughout. It’s the small things that made me not so happy. Toaster needs to be replaced ASAP. We had 45 wine and Margarita glasses which was REALLY overkill. 4 teaspoons, a million knives that were not sharp. mix matched dishes. No hairdryer in any bathroom, no shelves in showers. The floors were dirty in the kitchen and living room. The pool was dirty everyday. No restrooms by the pool. YUCK! For the price we paid these things should have been taken care of before we arrived. "

Our vacation was wonderful, but interrupted by buyers, inspectors and realtors quite a few times. My recommendations for the new owners,
a thorough cleaning, louvered doors are dirty, some pots and pans need cleaning, if not updated. Knives are not sharp, and a griddle would be a great addition. If you are doing a major renovation, an entry into the guest bath from the bedroom would be wonderful, for when adults are staying in the twin room. "
