Enjoy all that 209 Beach Place has to offer including Italian porcelain tile throughout and newly remodeled kitchen, with natural maple cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The large living area provides plenty of natural light and includes a new flat panel television. Step outside to the balcony and take in the beautiful beach views. Imagine watching the sunsets from this beautiful area throughout your stay!

Updated master bedroom with two pillow top queen mattresses and television. The master bathroom has granite counter, new sink, faucet and lighting with decorative tile surrounding the bathtub and shower area. Kitchen utensils, linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit and washer and dryer are on the property, not in the condo, for your convenience.

Free Wifi is also included. Local calls and Long Distance to the U.S. and Canada are free. As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.

Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

"Great vacation property located near lots of shops & food.
This was our first time using this rental company and staying at Beach Place. We have stayed in Madeira/Treasure Island area other times and this was a great location close to shops & many restaurants. The description was accurate to its online description. It was clean upon our arrival and someone was always cleaning the property during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to have beach access and things to do in walking distance around them. Sun Host was a great company to rent from and made the check in process very easy. We loved being able to go from the condo to the beach and then up to get ready & just walk across the street to eat and the many choices available there at Johns Pass. We would definitely stay at Beach Place again. "

"Nice condo but lacks in the kitchen.
Sun host is a great company to deal with with professional friendly staff both in office on grounds staff. 209 is a nice condo with comfortable beds and living room furniture, it would be nice to have a couple of normal height chairs on the balcony for older people. The kitchen needs some things like a large non stick fry pan as there is one that is 6 -8 in which is not going to cook a meal for four adults. There are no oven mitts so used a dish towel which hurts the hands. The other three condos we have stayed in people leave behind spices and foil wrap and stuff, this place was cleaned out. "

"Our 4th of July adventure
The unit was nicely located. The amenities were very good. Sadly while we were there the dishwasher was not working that was a bummer,A couple maintenance guys came up to take a look. We were told someone would bring a new one. That didn't happen while we were there. Otherwise everything was good.
We have stayed at many sun host rentals in the past, the rentals are always clean and comfortable.

"Summer 2023
My only complaint is that the apartment wasn't clean very clean. There was dirt under the beds, windows, behind the dresser. There was mold in the bathroom and kitchen's sink. In general I have to deep clean the apartment the very first day. For a place that wants the guests to leave everything clean and in a good condition otherwise will be charged, should keep the apartments more clean in my opinion. "

"Great Sunsets
The property is located directly on the beach across from John’s Pass. Easy access to everything Madeira Beach has to offer. Balcony has direct views of the Gulf and amazing sunsets. The unit was sparkling clean when we arrived. Kitchen was well equipped for our stay though may be missing some amenities if you’re doing much cooking. The dealbreaker for us was the mattresses—they desperately need replaced."

"Family Getaway
We took the family for a winter break and loved everything about it. The views from the balcony were amazing. The heated pool was a nice break from the chilly Gulf water. Walking distance to Johns pass and all the restaurants was so amazing as well. Nothing but good things to say about the entire experience "

"Amazing views from our balcony right on the beach!
Perfect location and right on the beach! Just what I wanted. The condos description was accurate and the right size for us. We really enjoyed the views and relaxing on the balcony. I would say the only downside and my possible suggestion would be to install a few ceiling fans. It would have been better if there had been a ceiling fan on the balcony as it echoed when we spoke which got annoying after awhile. It would have been ideal to have a ceiling fan in the bedroom too as it seemed to warm up while we were sleeping, but it was tolerable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this condo to my family and friends!"

This is the first time my husband and I stayed at the Beach in a condo by ourselves. We usually share with one of my sons and their families. It was so relaxing and our condo was one of the best I have stayed in. It was not only very clean, but beautifully decorated and very nice."

"Had a great time
The condo was lovely and the location fabulous.
We have stayed in Maderia Beach at a different condo, and it had all the amenities plus. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, carrying cart, Beach toys, coolers, lotions, cupboards full of spices as well as other leftover teas, and other things. A junk drawer with pens, pencils, paper, batteries etc. a washer and dryer with the soap to go with. We got really spoiled.
This condo had a beach chair, 2 lawn chairs and an umbrella.
Dealt with the owner directly on the last one-very nice and quick to respond. The reception ladies here ( mainly the one on the right) was not very nice at all.
Also, do not like the idea of pest control coming in when we are occupying the unit.
The unit was very nice and clean with a lovely view and fantastic location. When we come back, I will do a little more research and deal directly with an owner.
I would recommend this property, because of its cleanliness, location and view, but only if you were driving there and able to take all your extra necessities. "

"Vacay at Maderia Beach
WE loved our stay at Beach Place 206. The views from the balcony are amazing. The condo is has plenty of room and is equipped with everything you need. Su host does a great job with any questions. John's Pass is great with so many restaurants and shops right across the street. The saltwater pool is smaller than some, but great location and short walk to the beach with no stairs to deal with. There are new chairs on the balcony that we loved. High top very comfortable. We would love to come back as we loved the area and the location of the Beach Place. The only negative to this condo is that there are no personal touches such as cozy throw blanket or scatter rugs. Tile is very hard oh your feet. "

"Great overall experience!
We enjoyed staying at this condo a lot. The location and view can’t be beaten. Condo is spacious and clean. Kitchen is fully equipped and leather sofas are comfy. Washing machine/dryer are not in the condo but are on upper level and coin operated. Would have been nice to supply beach towels as these are heavy items to bring on a vacation for the family. The two queen beds are ok but can use an updated more comfy mattresses. The only real negative are the pillows! They are old and thin and would highly recommend to be replaced. "

"Fantastic!
Check in was simple, despite our afterhours arrival. The condo was very spacial and the beds comfortable. Location is perfect. The only time we had to get I our car was to go grocery shopping. Beautiful view of the gulf! We were greeted to a school of dolphins swimming near the shore on multiple mornings. Should it be available on our next trip to the area, we will definitely be booking this unit again."

"Beautiful Condo on a Beautiful Beach
This is our 4th time staying here. The beach is beautiful and the location is great. I would caution that condos are individually owned and not all offer the same things. I rented two condos for the same price and one of them had everything you could ask for and was updated, and the other had bare bones and needed a lot of TLC. It's unfortunate they don't charge different prices based on what the owners include. The owners of this condo take a lot of pride in their unit."

"Great location, but the unit needs some TLC.
We enjoyed the unit, amenities, and location. The only real downside was the unit needs maintenance. The bed near the closet was so bad I chose to sleep on the couch instead one night. The other bed is a little better but two normal sized adults will fight to the slope in the middle. The screen in the bedroom is gone so if you like to have the windows open, someone could literally come straight into the unit in seconds. The kitchen faucet is close to breaking completely off. Nice place, but it needs some love."
