Beach Place #503 has a modern kitchen that includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and newer cabinets. Fully stocked with utensils, including coffee maker and microwave, everything is here for your convenience. Sit at the bar or table for meals, games or conversation. The open living area with comfortable leather furniture, and 60" flat screened television leads out to the outdoor balcony with views of John's Pass Village.

The master bedroom is bright and spacious with a king sized bed, television, and has private access to the outdoor balcony. The large, second guestroom contains 2 queen sized beds making this a perfect property for larger families or groups. As with every SunHost property, linens, ample towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon arrival. Free Wifi.

This unit has ONE parking space. There is no additional parking available at Beach Place.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need. This is a non smoking home.

The location, can't be beat. Here you are near it all, including the one of a kind beaches, heated swimming pool, BBQ facilities, and popular John's Pass Village. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden. You can access the Pass via the beach by traversing under John's Pass Bridge or any of a number of safety crosswalks.

Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Overall good, unit was generally nice however significant water damage on the ceiling that was concerning. Wasn’t new damage that property owner wasn’t aware of as you could clearly see a hole in the ceiling that had been cleaned up. Should have been notified prior to arrival because of concerns of air quality/mold.The location was ideal; Johns Pass and Mad beach area is beautiful. It can get loud with traffic but you can’t hear it inside the unit at all. Would have appreciated a few more standard items, like salt/pepper, hand soap and enough toilet paper to have made it the week. Furniture and kitchen items provided was good. Beds were comfortable but pillows weren’t great. Patio furniture was very nice and spent alot of time outside on the balcony. Despite being in a very busy area, we felt very safe with codes needed to access elevators and stairs. Overall we were pretty happy with our stay but would likely not return to this unit for future trips."

"PERFECT LOCATION! 5 STARS! Plus some tips!
We booked a last minute trip before our daughter's Sr year of high school. We found this place on but when looking at it on the map, I realized you could go directly to their website to book which saved us some money! We had asked for an early check in and received the usual response, they can't guarantee it unless we want to pay for the night before. We got in EARLY, 8:30 am. We knew the place was not occupied the night before and they did allow us in at 12:30 which was amazing! We had a 2 bedroom that did not have a beach front view however this balcony view was the next best thing as we overlooked Johns Pass and the drawbridge where the Bay and the Gulf meet. It was amazing with multiple rainbows! This unit was very clean! Very large bedrooms, probably not the most updated but not outdated either! It was perfect for 2 adults and 2 17 year old's for 5 days! While not everything is reopened from Hurricane Helene and Milton, there was still enough shopping and dining to keep us busy! Along with being right on the beach with a pool! We have been to this area 4 times and this was our most favorite location to stay! Couple of tips if you plan to rent this unit: There is a coffee pot and a keurig (bring your kcups, we couldn't figure out the coffee pot). Bring or buy any condiments, extra toilet paper and paper towels, paper plates, etc. The unit is stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, etc but nothing if you are wanting to take food to the beach. Bring your own beach towels. This unit did not have any beach gear, chairs, umbrella, towels. But you can rent the nice beach beds with an umbrella right out on the beach for around $100 for the week (worth it). We really loved our stay at Beach Place #503 and plan to visit again!"

"Beautiful Condo with a view
The condo unit was very nice with large rooms, comfortable furniture and a beautiful view. Although not on the beach side, we had a great view of the bay and saw dolphins almost everyday. The area is very busy being next to one of the only public parking lots open right now and lots of noise at night but it was Spring Break week. The beach is huge, so even though it was busy there was plenty of space. "

We recently stayed at #503 Beach Place Condos in Madeira Beach, Florida, and it exceeded all our expectations!

Clean and Comfortable
The condo itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals.

The nearby Johns Pass Village is a great spot for shopping and dining.

Overall, we highly recommend #503 Beach Place Condos to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation in Madeira Beach. The combination of its perfect location, comfortable accommodations, and excellent amenities make it an ideal choice.

"First timer on Madeira Beach
Unit 503 was very clean and updated. A few amenities should be replaced such as chipped cups and plates. We liked being on the upper floor and was very quiet in the hallway. That elevator though is a bit slow however stairs are close in proximity and exercise is good to burn off those calories you seem to endure on vacation ��"

We loved our stay and the Condo was nice. We wished it would have had a couple beach chairs included as we have been staying at Beach Place for the last 15 years and have been flying down for the last 5 years and leave chairs in the unit we stay in for the next people to us and they are never there when we return."

Great view of Johns Pass❤️❤️ The condo was nicely furnished. The only 2 things I would say negatively would be that the floors needed mopped because from the first day our feet were dirty and we had to wear socks or shoes around the room. I would of liked to have had a mop to just clean up the floors more while staying. I wish there had been a washer and dryer in the unit cause it wouldn’t take time away from our vacation trying to clean our clothes . A towel exchange would also be a great addition like most places we’ve stayed have. "

"Lovely location - apartment could do with a refresh
We stayed for just over a week in August, we had originally booked for an apartment on the 4th floor but were moved to 5th floor before we departed for our holiday as we were informed the owners wanted the 4th floor. This apartment was ok, however we felt that it could do with an update, the sofa in the living area had patches where the cover had worn off and one of the relaxer chairs was broken so it would randomly ‘ping’ into the recline position and wouldn’t lock. Also the rug in the living area was really dirty looking. The kitchen was well stocked with all things you would expect, so no complaints there. The television remote in the master bedroom did not work, and there were cracked tiles in both the bathroom areas. Generally I wouldn’t say it was really spotless when we arrived and could have done with a really good clean. Another really unfortunate thing was that there was some maintenance work going on in the stairwells where they were recovering the flooring, which although was deafeningly noisy it was the mass amount of dust this created right next to our entrance to the apartment not giving us a very relaxed feel to our holiday. We understand maintenance work is needed however would it not have been better to do this in the low season instead of peak? You may think that this review is picky, but I felt it necessary to comment given the overall cost of the apartment, we would have expected a little bit more in terms of spec from it. "

The facilities were very nice and clean. The location was convenient being right next to John’s Pass and the shops. Since we were right next to public parking and public beach access the beach was a little more crowded. There were parties going on in the parking on a Friday and Saturday nights. Reddington seemed to have a more private less crowded beach."

We had an amazing time. The condo was wonderful, great view, great location, well stocked, clean and comfortable. The pool was sparkling clean and the beach was steps away. I loved walking to Crabby's on the other side of the bridge and John's Pass was directly across the street, with plenty to do. Would love to stay here again."

"Wonderful Vacation Rental
Our family had a excellent stay at Beach Place. We watched beautiful sunrises over John's Pass from the balcony every morning and stunning sunsets from the beach each night. The rental unit was very well furnished and comfortable. There was lots of fun things to do over at the boardwalk and the kids loved the beach and pool! We had lots of amazing dolphin sighting and enjoyed being able to stay conveniently near our family as well. We can't wait for our next trip back! "
