Arrival must be 1st of month, minimum 1 calendar month stay required. This condo association requires the formality of background check & application approval at least 30 days prior to arrival. This includes providing social security numbers for all guests and also photos of driver's licenses. In addition to the forms required by the association, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Please note per the Association Rules and Regulations, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property except in a private unit. SunHost allows smoking on the private balcony but smoking is not allowed inside this condominium.

Unit has been entirely updated with modern granite kitchen with dishwasher and two granite baths. One tub shower and walk in shower in Master Bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and there are 2 twins in the second bedroom. In unit washer and dryer. Large open living area with real wood and ceramic floors and beach views everywhere you look. Large beach side pool and hot tub. BBQ grill available. Complex also has a large common room on the ground level that opens out to pool and patio area. The covered common area includes a BBQ grill, kitchenette and a lending library. Out side there are two additional large BBQ grills. A little over 1.5 miles from John's Pass Village keeps you away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to get to. Walk to Supermarket, restaurants and pubs in the immediate neighborhood.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction.
