Just steps from the heated beach facing pool, and a quick walk to popular John's Pass, this ground unit condo has everything you need for the perfect vacation. The full kitchen provides all utensils for your cooking needs and opens into the spacious and comfortable living area. Free Wifi. Please note there is no phone in this condo. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.
Sleeping up to four guests, the master bedroom has a queen bed with an attached bathroom offering space and privacy. The TV in the master bedroom has cable service. Two twin beds are in the second guest room making this an ideal location for families. The TV in the guest bedroom is streaming only. There is no sofa bed in this property. Linen for all beds, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay are provided! All you need to pack are your clothes and toothbrush! BBQ facilities, pool and beaches are right out your front door!
When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. Weekly maid service is provided with this property.
Just a short walk away is popular John's Pass Village. Located directly across the street, The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
