Tiled throughout, walk in and discover the updated full kitchen, complete with granite countertops, newer appliances, including coffee maker and microwave. The sunny living area, with flat panel television, has nice furniture with access to the common balcony to take in the gulf views. The balcony is shared with the 4 other condos also on this floor. The roomy charming master bedroom has king sized bed, television and lots of closet and dresser drawer space. This unit comes with a covered parking space, utensils for your cooking needs, as well as sufficient towels, extra pillows and linens for all beds throughout your stay. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.
When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking unit.
As a guest you will find you are centrally located to all of the area's amenities. This includes the one of a kind beaches, heated swimming pool, and BBQ facilities. Located across the street, is popular John's Pass Village. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's number 1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.
Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
