Enjoy unobstructed breathtaking views from your own private balcony surrounded by comfort in this 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath beachfront condo. This bright and open condo has everything you need for wonderful, relaxing and memorable vacation. Free Wifi.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The updated kitchen, with granite countertops, all white cabinetry, and newer appliances leads to the spacious dining and living area. Here you can enjoy comfortable seating, large flat screened television, and access to the balcony where you can enjoy fabulous Florida sunsets while enjoying your favorite beverage!

The master bedroom is nicely decorated with one queen sized bed, with access to the balcony and its stunning views. The second guest room also offers two twin sized beds, plenty of closet and dresser drawer space. Washer and dryer, three televisions (smart TV in master and living room in November 2020), free WIFI and long distance are also included. Kitchen utilities, linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests.

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo. Only one car can park at Madeira Norte. Additional parking spots are not provided to Madeira Norte Guests.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.

Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.

Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Condo was clean, great location. My second time staying there. One of the elevators was broken, made it a bit inconvenient. Really like staying there. It’s a great location. Convenient location to great restaurants and shopping at John’s Pass. Beautiful beach. Fascinating watching the draw bridge near by. Picking up and dropping off the keys for condo is inconvenient. "

"View/Location Great. Would not recommend SunHost.
The home was as pictured, great location. One set of elevators was out the entire time. We called to purchase trip ins from SunHost as they advertised. We received an email confirming with the details of the ins. The rep forgot to charge us. We had to evacuate the last day and SunHost refused to own up to their mistake, costing us hundreds of dollars. They were quite nasty to deal with. "

"Great view of the Gulf from the balcony
We loved this beach condo. Looked just like the photos. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Great view from the balcony and to the left you can see John’s Pass. We saw a few dolphins. There were four beach chairs to use. Only complaint was tv remotes wouldn’t turn tv on even though directions were written out for you. If I’d called the office I’m sure they’d have fixed it- just too busy. Great shower !"

"Great times! Nice rental unit
We had a great stay at Madiera Norte 510. Unit was nice and clean. Decent cookware for making breakfast, but would recommend adding some cheap plastic cups. Beds were good, but pillows were flat and could use replacing. Shower had great water pressure. Although, I would recommend a double shower head with a handheld wand for getting sand out of those hard to reach spots. Lol.
The unit is close to everything and really enjoyed being able to walk across to Johns Pass for food and shopping. "

elevators were down on our check-in day & off/on throughout stay. We were on the 5th floor trying to bring luggage up stairwell, was very difficult. construction during our stay was very noisy & not relaxing at the pool. "

Great location. Directly across from John’s Pass. Condo 510 was clean and comfortable. The balcony faces the beach. Had building maintenance going on but was notified well in advance. The rental company was accommodating and allowed us to switch our condo due to the maintenance going on. We would stay here again. "

"Madeira Norte Condo # 510
Overall I like the top floor location and beach front view very much and have continued to rent this condo for the past seven or eight years for four weeks. This is a very well decorated, maintained and clean condo and guests I have over are very impressed. I do have three suggestions for improvements to consider. "One", have the chairs and couch cushions dry cleaned. "Two", have the mattress for the master bedroom bed replaced with a much higher quality mattress. I found it difficult to get a good nights sleep with the existing mattress. "Three", the sliding glass door to the deck from the living room was nearly impossible to open. I had to use a half can of WD40 and a full roll of paper towels to try and clean the dirt and grit from the track. I was still unable to get the track clean but was able to get the door to slide more easily. I suggest a door specialist company be brought-in and remove the door and clean the bottom of the door, replace the plastic rollers and power clean the track. I suggest this because every time I opened or closed the door I could hear a grinding noise. "
