And views? This unit offers unparalleled gulf views. Step inside and you will immediately notice the bright and cheery floor plan. The gourmet kitchen has new granite counters, cabinets and appliances. It is fully stocked with all utensils for your cooking needs. The living area contains a dining table that can comfortably seat up to six, nice furniture, and a Samsung smart TV. Step out to the balcony to see what Florida is known for: white sandy beaches and clear gulf waters. Chances are, you will spend every moment here enjoying the sites.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom has king sized bed, television, attached master bath and plenty of room to store your belongings. Of course, with access to the outdoor balcony, here you can wake up to the sounds of the ocean. The adorable second bedroom has two twin beds, making this a perfect unit for a family of four. Linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit. Free high speed Internet and washer and dryer are included with this unit. Please note there is no phone in this condo.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo. Only one car can park at Madeira Norte. Additional parking spots are not provided to Madeira Norte Guests.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking unit. No sleeper sofa is available with this property.

Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

"Winter Stay at Maderia Beach
Pros: The location of the property perfect. Pool was nice but not warm enough to be used. Parking convenient.

"Wonderful place to stay and with gorgeous views!
I come here once a year for a true getaway and I love it! The unit is very clean and the sunsets are the best. Unfortunately the unit next door had a lot of construction going on so that was a bit annoying but I didn't let it spoil my time there. The shopping and food right across the street makes it that I didn't have to use my car much. I would definitely recommend this unit as a great choice for anyone looking for a great vacation!"

"Can't beat the view
This is the best view on the Gulf. Enjoy sunsets from the well appointed deck and be steps away from John's Pass. The unit needs some updating. There is peeling paint in the kitchen and both bathrooms. The paint is also chipped in many areas of the unit. The king size bed is uncomfortable with a strange foam pad added that doesn't fit the bed.The Sunhost team does a great job of ensuring the unit is clean when you arrive."

Love the beach view, the patio and location. Easy walk to St John’s Pass which is great. There were a few issues such as air was not working when we arrived, but was fixed yet that evening. The unit was bit dusty and didn’t seem like it was cleaned the best. Otherwise was a great stay. "

"Norte 311
Bathrooms need major cleaning along with replacing shower curtains which has mold and mildew stains on it. Dishwasher had water on bottom of it before we even ran it. We ended up handwashing everything.

"Mad Beach Vacation
We really enjoyed the location and the ability to walk to Johns Pass boardwalk with everything so centrally located. Beautiful beach, the view off the balcony, watching all the boats coming and going through the pass, and the nightly sunsets. Highly recommend this unit and location. "

Relaxing stay. Comfortable beachfront. Great location. Plenty of restaurants in a short walking distance. Appreciated the rocking chair on the balcony. It was my favorite spot to have my morning coffee. Recommend a few food storage containers, otherwise kitchen was well equipped. "

"Madeira Norte 311 - Awesome!
Thank you to the condo owner and to the wonderful management team at Sunhost Resorts for making our vacation a memorable trip! The reservation, check-in and check-out process was very easy. The condo was clean, in great shape, and has one of the BEST VIEWS of Madeira Beach and the SUNSET! John's Pass shops and restaurants are just across the street. Watching all the boats roll in and out of the Pass from the balcony was fantastic as well.

I highly recommend Sunhost Resorts and this condo, Madeira Norte 311, to anyone looking for a great beach vacation! See you next year! "

"Great week!
Condo was exactly as shown in pictures and there was a TV in the second bedroom which was great for the kids. Condo was very clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils. Location was ideal and close to shops across the street. Pool is a little small for the size of the building. Washer/dryer in the condo was convenient. "

"Our stay
There were bugs all over the kitchen. Even after the unit was sprayed on Tuesday. We could not leave food out for more than 30 seconds without these bugs getting on our plates. They were mostly on the wall with the sink and would climb the walls up into the cabinet above"

"Very Unhappy
We have stayed many times on Madeira Beach thru SunHost. Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired in 311 Madeira Norte. The condo was not clean, there was mold on the shower curtain which was disgusting.. The area rugs at the entrance into the condo and in the living room stink, nasty odor. The sliding doors in the bedroom and living room are very hard to open, not sliding on the track. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Kitchen drawers not neat, liner curled up at back of drawers. We will never stay here again."

"A Dream Staycation on the Beach
Condo was so clean and bright and comfortable. And the view!! Oh my!! Every day I would get up in awww!The colors of the ocean were just like the Caribbean. The comfortable living area was perfect to lounge in after a long day at the beach and we could eat at the six person table or on the balcony looking at the ocean. Large fridge was good too. Two full bathrooms was a huge plus for us. TVs in both bedrooms and they even provided two extra beach chairs and a pool noodle. Seems they thought of everything. King bed was a little firm and twin beds were very squeaky but I’m hoping the management will take care of those issues and It certainly wouldn’t stop me from coming back. We enjoyed the restaurants nearby. Sweet Sage and frog pond were amazing for breakfast. And conch Republic was awesome! Very very disappointed with Leverocks restaurant. Had fun walking around restaurants and dock at John’s Pass and ate amazing “wine cream”- ice cream made from a little bit of wine. Mango flavor! At ice cream store just to the right of “bronze lady”store at John’s Pass villages across the street. And bronze lady is such a fun boutique store also. Spent a lot a lot a lot there! So CUTE! Cute area. Beautiful beach. And great view and very comfortable condo, you cannot go wrong with this place! I already recommended this place to a friend and they booked in July!"

"Great place to stay!
Overall, it's a great place to stay! Can't beat the location! The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The master bedroom was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The second bedroom was fine except the mattresses were not all that comfortable. Probably comfortable for a child, but not so much for an adult. I wish each adult staying there could have their own key. Four adults sharing two keys was sometimes frustrating since you need a key not only for the unit, but also the elevator, pool and beach access. Other than the key situation, we have no complaints and that's not a deal breaker for us. I would definitely recommend this unit"

"Fantastic trip!
Condo 311 at Madeira Norte was clean, updated and has an amazing view! We would definitely stay here again. It is right across the street from John’s pass(which my teenagers loved) and has a great beach view. "
