This beautifully remodeled and spacious second-floor condominium on the Coconut Coast is one of the few units at Kaha Lani with two lanais and is also one of the closest units in the resort to the ocean. While staying at Kaha Lani, you will enjoy the stunning views, peaceful sounds, and refreshing breezes of the beautiful Pacific Ocean. This fantastic property features a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and two twin beds in the secondary bedroom (an aero-bed is also in the home, to accommodate 5 people). With a fully stocked kitchen, you can cook as much or as little as you’d like during your stay. A full-size washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. This home is over 1,000 square feet plus almost 300 square feet of outdoor furnished lanai space for enjoying your morning cup of coffee, your evening glass of wine, and everything in between. With easy access to private sandy beaches, parks, and the historic town of Kapaa, Kaha Lani is centrally located to enjoy all the amenities of the beautiful island of Kauai. Should canceled days be rebooked, those nights will be refunded.

Changes can occur after a reservation is made as a result of sale of unit, remodeling, mechanical failure or servicing. Should the Rental Property be made unavailable for any reason beyond the control of (Property Management), (Property Management) will use its best efforts to provide Guest with a substitute vacation accommodation of equal value. If no other rental property is available, (Property Management) shall notify Guest and refund any payments made as soon as possible.

Guest understands that Owner retains the right to sell the Rental Property or change management companies at any time. In the event the Rental Property is sold or transferred to new management, Guest understands that (Property Management) is under no obligation to provide a substitute vacation accommodation of equal value. (Property Management) may however, at its option, act as an intermediary between Guest and Owner to look for a substitute vacation accommodation of equal value. If (Property Management) is unable to find such accommodations, this Agreement shall be cancelled and terminated and (Property Management) shall refund all payments made under this Agreement. Guest understands that (Property Management) shall not thereafter have any liabilities or obligations to Guest arising out of the unavailability of the Rental Property and/or the alteration of Guest’s travel arrangements.

Except as provided above, reservations are non-transferable.

(Property Management) may terminate this Agreement upon the breach of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement by Guest or any occupant of the Rental Property. In the event of such termination, Guest shall not be entitled to the return of any monies paid to Owner or (Property Management). Upon such termination, Guest and all occupants in the Rental Property shall immediately vacate the Rental Property.

(Property Management) in its sole discretion reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person(s) and/or to rescind any contract for accommodations or guest services.

"Paradise!
This is the best place on the island if you are looking to get away into paradise. Lots of green space, open beachfront with access to both sides of the island. Rental has great ocean views!. Master Bed very comfortable and very clean and well kept. Has everything you need! This is the place!!"

"Perfect condo and location!
This condo provided the perfect location for our family of 4 to explore Kauai and experience its many amazing offerings. It's easy to go west, south or north from here in a short time so you can experience the diverse landscapes and activities. Highlights included kayaking, hiking, surfing and a boat tour. "Fantastic way to ring in the new year!
We loved everything about our stay. The view from this unit is incredible and sunrises are magical. It's a quick walk to a wonderful swimming beach and we were thrilled to find a fully-stocked locker with boogie boards, snorkel sets, and beach chairs. The unit is overall very well-equipped (for cooking, outdoor activities, etc) and we especially appreciated the personal touches like the welcome bag of Kauai treats. We found the location of Kaha Lani to be ideal, given that we could easily access Kapa'a (which has a ton of shops and restaurants) and also reach the other parts of the island in under 30 minutes.

Remax provided great service from start to finish, which made the process easy and smooth. They also connected us with an on-island concierge who helped us book activities. We would return in a heartbeat."

"Perfect stay

"Great rental!
The condo is equipped with everything that is needed for a beach vacation. It is located with direct access to the beach and a great pool on the premises. Loved listening to the sound of the ocean at night and watching the sunrise every morning. Although there is no AC in the unit, there is a good air draft as you open all the windows and temperature is pleasant. "

"Wonderful view and everything we could need!
Roomy unit with comfy beds. We spent 5 nights here and found everything we needed! Unit provided laundry pods, dishwasher pods, coffee, a few cookies, even beach towels and a great cold fridge. "Perfect spot for families
This rental was great for our family! We enjoyed the quiet condo-neighborhood and walking path that went right to Lydgate Beach! We used the grills, which were clean as well. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable even without central A/C. We slept with the windows open. The one complaint was the roosters crowing early in the morning (round 4-5 am) frequently. We would definitely return to this condo! "

"Great Location on Kauai
This unit is located in the Kaha Lani resort less than five miles north of the airport. This is a good location for shopping and exploring the island as Lihue and Kapa'a are nearby. Our 2-bedroom unit was on the second floor with an excellent view of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals although a bit small for more than one person to work at a time. There is a well maintained walking path along the shore.

If you don't mind slogging through a 10-page rental agreement, this is a wonderful choice for your visit to The Garden Island."

"Wonderful view!!
This was a wonderful rental right on the beach with an amazing view! Right next-door to a park with great swimming, and a disc golf course! The condo had everything we needed and was well stocked. Even though there was no AC we had wonderful ocean, breezes, and ceiling fans. the only small negative was the beds in the second bedroom were very hard."

"Ocean view property (definitely not premium)
The property was spacious but it is old. There are no locks on the doors to either balcony. The only way to secure was by having wooden blocks blocking the doors. Furniture was rusted on the balcony. The mosquito netting on balcony windows was torn in several places. The bedding was probably not washed properly because there was hair from previous residents. "

"An amazing ocean front vacation
Our stay was so delightful , relaxing , waking up to incredible sunrises each morning, sitting on the balcony enjoying coffee and watching the sun rise over the ocean was so magical!
The condo is very comfortable , well maintained and stocked with everything you need, and extras !
The location is perfect in the kappa area , central on the island, allows for ease in any directions , for your island adventures.
The walking path and bike bath , made daytime or evening rides to the Market place for dinner in the cafes so enjoyable .
The near by Lydgate park was a great beach area and playgrounds for our family , and the pool with pool side grills for barbeques , made evening gatherings perfect !

"Nice view , just needs some AC so you can sleep at night.
Accomodations we’re ok , but not worthy of the price we paid. Tired in areas, fly screens not fitting right and all doors have to be locked with a wooden bar kindly provided by the property owner as the actual door locks are not operable. We travelled in October and thought the ocean front location would compensate for the lack of AC, sadly not, the accommodation was 30 plus even during nighttime with 3 fans running. but is advertised as no Ac.bed was comfy, sofa comfy and the chickens a pleasure at 3am but this is a major Hawaii problem! All in all wouldn't stay at this accommodation "

"2022 Kaha Lani 222
Was a great well equipped condo, have stayed at more than 10 different units at this resort. Stayed multiple times in same unit for past 20 years. Very nice and comfortable. A few things to make this unit shine. Have either a hideabed or even better a Murphy bed, or even a queen size blow up bed. Nothing better than sleeping in the living room listening to the waves all night long. Only complaint is the turning on of the TV had trouble getting it to start up, this went on for the whole two weeks we were there. Luckily I was able to get it to somehow work. 4.5 stars"

Overall stay was excellent. Condo was exactly what we were looking for with our family of 4, kids had their own room and bathroom. View was awesome and only 100 yards from beach. Fairly equal distant from north and south shore so convenient day trips both ways. Definitely would recommend."

"Great condo! Amazing location and nice pool
The condo is clean and well equipped. The washer/drier comes handy after a full beach day.

The pool is also nice and it includes grills to bbq your own food there.

The location is perfect. Not too far from North shore and not too far from South shore. And you can walk in 4 minutes to Lyndgate Beach, an amazing protected cove ideal for small swimmers that want to do some snorkeling "

"You can’t beat the view!
My only stipulation was that I wanted to wake up every morning and watch the sun rise from my patio. This place delivered just that and more! It was the perfect spot for an affordable getaway. Just 10 minutes from the airport and a Safeway tucked away in a beautiful community. We’d been to the island before and wanted something a bit more centrally located so we could easily drive up to Princeville or down to Poipu. We had our two small children with us and the twin beds were perfect for them and the master bed was SO comfortable, something I always worry about. The community pool is small and the shallowest part is 4 ft so keep that in mind if you’re bringing small kids. The waves are also intense on the east shore so swimming isn’t an option at the beach but we knew that going in...we just wanted the view! We spent most of our days on excursions and at the beach in Poipu. Also, I’m sure there’s laundry on site (we never needed it) but there isn’t any in the condo. Lastly, if you didn’t know...roosters and chickens run wild on the island (google why...it’s interesting!) and this property is no exception. If you’re sensitive to a 5am wake up call from a rooster bring a sound machine. There are wonderful fans provided in each bedroom that add some noise but my husband whose extremely grumpy in the morning needed something a but louder.

"Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful stay. The condo was well stocked and the location was perfect. The views are spectacular - we even saw whales from the lanai. Could use updating, but everything worked for our family of 5 adults. Complex is very well maintained and great walking path that runs for several miles along the coastline. Be prepared to rise early with the roosters. "
