A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will be refunded 100% damage/reservation deposit paid to LLC. If the reservation is during Peak Winter December through March and the week of a holiday, our policy requires ninety (90) days cancellation notice to receive 100% refund. This does not include any booking fees paid to an outside travel agency. In this case you will need to abide by their policies. Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days or 90 days when applicable of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation, shortened stays or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately which we highly recommend. Nature and the lack of or the amount of sandy beach does not warrant a refund. We can not control nature or predict the weather or beach conditions. Our tropical environment is subject to pests. The resort complexes do regular treatments as does our management company. We ask guests to take care in cleaning up immediately after food items are used.

"Amazing View
Location of the property was great, view is beautiful however there are a few things that would greatly improve this listing. Property seems clean but when fans are not running you can see a thick coating of dust on them as well as the bathroom fans. Kitchen cabinets could use a good exterior cleaning, when light hits them a certain way they are very greasy as well as the backsplash. Areas around the windows are dirty and the lanai screens do not close properly. Overall this is a very nice property, attention to the details mentioned would bring up the overall review."

"Perfect view and location
We have been coming to Maui for over 23 years. We love it, and have always stayed in resort style properties. This is the first time we used and this property did not disappoint. Everything we needed as a family of 4 plus mom, and location was fantastic. Kim, the property manager, was extremely responsive, and checking in and out was great. I highly recommend using Eoic reality, and this unit in Sands of Kahana was a great choice. "

The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Pictures don’t do it justice. We enjoyed many meals and sunsets from the balcony. The place itself is spacious and very clean and comfortable. Will def try to book this again for future visits "

"Beautiful condo, mediocre hospitality
This location is BEAUTIFUL. It was a great spot to watch the sunset and catch turtles and whales from the porch. Everything was very clean and spotless. The location is great if you want to stay on the west side but kinda far from a lot of the fun things on maui.

On our way to the condo, we got a phone call that the laundry machine was broken and not to use it, but they were trying to fix it quickly and would get back to us. It was kind of a bummer, as we backed light knowing we were staying at places with laundry machines. We called to check I and ask if there were other laundry facilities in the building and again we were told that they would get back to us. We didn't hear back. The longer we were there the more things we noticed didn't work- the microwave, and ice machine just didn't work at all and the top rack of the dishwasher would fall off if you put even one cup on it. We again let the realty know and they said that they only had one service guy fixing all their condos and he was stretched thin.

I am used to staying at rentals which provide cooking basics. So I was expecting some oil to cook eggs with here. There was not. Not a huge deal, just hard to buy small containers of olive oil. They did have salt and pepper. There were grills outside but again if the condo had grilling tools, I couldn't find them.

Overall, beautiful views, beautiful condo. The few problems described above prevent me from wholeheartedly recommending this place (especially given more expensive price) and I am not sure I would stay again."
