CANCELLATIONS:

A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will be refunded 100% damage/reservation deposit paid to LLC. If the reservation is during Peak Winter December through March and the week of a holiday, our policy requires ninety (90) days cancellation notice to receive 100% refund. This does not include any booking fees paid to an outside travel agency. In this case you will need to abide by their policies. Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days or 90 days when applicable of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation, shortened stays or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately which we highly recommend. Nature and the lack of or the amount of sandy beach does not warrant a refund. We can not control nature or predict the weather or beach conditions. Our tropical environment is subject to pests. The resort complexes do regular treatments as does our management company. We ask guests to take care in cleaning up immediately after food items are used.

Family of 5 stayed for 8 nights and loved the location. Condo provided beach chairs which we used at the cute little public beach right next door. Pool area was also very nice. Loved seeing sea turtles from our balcony! Although we never cooked, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. Would stay again"

"Lovely condo! This location is everything!
Beautiful condo! Everything was very clean and in good working order. The unit is decorated really cute and was great to come back to after a day of adventuring. The two lanais were a nice place for the whole family to relax and unwind or wake up and take in the beauty around us. We had everything we needed at our fingertips. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and spices. Plenty of towels (bath and beach) and the washer dryer in unit was a game changer. There is a neighborhood grocery right up the street and Longs, Safeway and Times market are about 10 minutes away. Lots of beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and rental shops nearby for surfboards, boogie boards or snorkel gear. Centrally located to beautiful beaches like Napili and Black Rock and amazing snorkeling right next door at the pretty little locals beach. Sea turtles love to feed on the plants on all the rocks along the shore and we had the best time watching them every day. Sunsets and views of Molokai were gorgeous and the sound of the waves on the shore right downstairs lulled us to sleep every night. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

Location was amazing - we could see whales in the distance and sea turtles right by the condo almost every day. Close to shopping and food. Balcony off master bedroom and another on the main floor is where we spent most of our down time. Would absolutely go back to this property."

"Beautiful location
We stayed here to celebrate my mom 70th birthday. And the location is absolutely beautiful. You’re literally right on the ocean including from the pools and hot tub. The property was quiet and well-maintained. We saw turtles on the beach every night directly to the left of us, and we are able to do some whale watching right from our balcony.

Downsides, the pots are old, and the nonstick material is peeling from a few of the pans. It’s a little cramped in the common living spaces for adults. And my check-in email went to my junk mail so when it was time to check in at 4 PM nobody was around on the property to help us and it took a while to get a hold of the property management company.

Other than that, it’s a gorgeous property, not luxurious like some of the resorts. But if you’re looking for unique location with gorgeous scenery. This is a great choice."

"Exactly What We Hoped For!
A full ocean view was a major priority and we got exactly what was promised! With 2 lanais and a living room looking out on the ocean, there was plenty of room for our party of 6 adults to enjoy the beauty and sounds throughout the day. We loved watching surfers while drinking our morning coffee and the sea turtles basking on the rocks in front of the condo in the late afternoons. The living room had a large sectional sofa that was great for playing games around the coffee table or watching TV. There was a dining table seating at least 6 that made dinners at home very comfortable. The beds were wonderfully comfy! The property looks a little dated when you first park and go upstairs, but the unit is nicely refurbished and the pool/hot tub/BBQ area is well maintained. There were 5 beach chairs and a few tatami mats in the condo for our use. The beach immediately next to the condo is nice for swimming and the extraordinary Black Rock/Kaanapali beach is less than 10 minutes by car. For espresso/latte fans, the nearby Hawai'ian Village Coffee is excellent with a friendly staff. Joey's Kitchen in Napili was a great find for a casual meal. The property manager - - was very responsive to questions and I appreciated receiving regular updates after the Lahaina fire about what we could anticipate if we kept our reservation as well as how we could help Lahaina residents. We are so happy we stuck to our Christmas holiday plans!"

"Beautiful place, amazing views and beds, could use some TLC
Amazing views, very comfy beds, excellent customer service/management. The property itself is a bit dingy and wasn’t completely clean. There were smokers outside our windows every afternoon, and the windows do not seal so smoke entered the unit.

Overall we had a wonderful stay- just sharing the above for feedback."

"Location Location Location!
Bottom line: amazing views of whales right off the balcony.

An older property but has had some nice updates to the interior. All of the furniture and bedding is super comfortable and the layout is nice. We were a party of 5 and initially I was hesitant because the floor plan seemed small but we had more than enough room to all hang out together or stretch out on two lanais. The place is very private and well insulated so you’ll hardly hear your neighbors. The kitchen is a good size and we cooked many of our family meals here. There are some spices and plenty of cutlery and cookware.

The beaches nearby are small and a little rocky but absolutely packed with honu swimming or sleeping on the sand. We counted 45 on one of the beaches! The rental comes with some super comfy beach chairs and sand mats. They also have a cooler for beach picnics! There is plenty of good dining nearby and a great grocery (Food Land) about 5 minutes drive away. More shopping and dining are closer to Lahaina (~10-15 minutes away).

It’s hard to imagine a place with better views. Combine that with the close proximity to food and fun and this place is a true gem! "

"Wonderful Stay!
We LOVED our condo while we stayed in Maui in late July 2022. The condo had everything we needed. The ocean views were amazing! The place was very clean and organized. The two pools were awesome. We grilled out several times right there by the pool. We saw turtles every afternoon. We felt very safe , went on lots of walks, and walked to a small beach location. All communication with the condo owners were very professional. 6 adults in this condo was no problem. Again, LOVED our stay!!"

"Quiet Complex with the closet ocean views bar none.
Conutless turtles to view off your private balcony daily. Turtles sunning/resting on the sand most afternoons around 3PM (17 most one afternoon during stay). Beach chairs provided with this unit are very handy for the trips to the many area beaches. Several dining options within walking distance. Small sandy beach next to this small quiet 3 building complex with plenty of parking during our entire stay, clean pool & gas grill area with professional staff when needed. Unit has zone AC which is a welcome relief after a hot day at the beach & kitchen is stocked with everything to cook a meal at home if you wich to save a buck. Good communication from management during entire booking process. Would definitely stay at this complex again in the future. "

"Great stay
Overall a very positive experience for the 9 day stay with our family. We arrived late but had the door code to allow us to check in without issue.
Apartment was clean and matched the description and photos in the listing. No dissapointment with the location! We were able to see whales from the lanai and turtles below amongst the rocks.
Pool and hot tub were clened on a regular basis and staff working at the complex were very curteous and friendly. Staff are not responsible for this particular apartment but were still able to provide a plug for the sink that was missing.
Beach chairs and an umbrella were in the apartment as well as a boogie board. Beach nearby is a very short walk. Lots of people access the good waves out front with paddle, wind and surfboards. We never met anyone from the rental agency but the maintained contact with us throughout the stay and kept us up to date with notifications and reminders."

"Awesome Maui LOcation
We loved Noelani 304.The complex was the perfect laid-back vibe for our group and the condo was everything we needed and more. The unit was clean and well-taken care of and had all of the amenities we needed. we especially loved sitting on the balcony and watching for whales. Can't wait to come back!"

"Beautiful views from Noelani 304
From the Noelani 304 lanai we watched the whales everyday, and the turtles on most days, with Molokai in the background. It was great to wake up and have a marine show from the lanai! And, the sunset view is spectacular. We found it a nice location to travel from for any of the beaches or snorkeling north of Kihei. If we were headed south of Kihei, it was best to wait until 9:30am because of the traffic. It was a very good space for our family of 8. The kitchen was well stocked and the fridge was large. Parking was never an issue and the longer term guests there are very friendly. The unit, as well as the grounds, were very clean. The unit has a large sectional sofa, great for sleeping 2 singles, not for a couple."
