The view was incredible. The resort is very clean with lots of parking and the location is perfect. Right next to one of the best beaches in Maui. The condo is well stocked. The “starter kit” was more than enough for our entire stay. I was very impressed by everything in this condo and the resort. "

Nice stay. Was on ocean, but not “beach”. You need scramble over rocks to access adjoining beach. Otherwise, you can walk about 20 minutes to beach. You can snorkel right off property-but again, need to access via rocky coast. Would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues expecting easy beach access (as I believe pictures lead one to believe).
Think fee for stay was also exorbitant."

If you like to snorkel, this condo is 100 feet from one great spot (Honokeana Bay), a short walk to a couple others (especially Kapalua Bay), and a short drive to the rest of West Maui. Lovely view from the balcony as well."

"Beautiful views
#1 pro-Views are outstanding.
Pros-very clean. Safe surroundings. Easy trail walk to Napili Bay, this walk in not favorable if you have mobility issues, none of us do so the walk was easy. Gazebo restaurant is close by. Fully stocked condo (chairs, cooler, flippers, beach towels), towels/washcloths, everything we need to prepare meals when needed. Easy parking. Firm bed was comfortable for us. Enough sheets/pillows/blankets.Liked they reached about twin or king bed option for second room. Supplied a box (you will need it, no A/C). Nice large ceiling fans. Pool close by, the little noise did not bother us. LARGE screen at the back patio and screen at the front door, really helps with that cross breeze. Patio had plenty of seating and table.
Cons-broken upstairs screen, I did let know it did not need fixed until we left. Condo runs warm. Small water heater, be mindful. Not enough soap, 2 bars and 1 hand soap, that is a problem when the bars of soap are in the shower, sinks and shower/toilet are separated, which is nice but we had to take soaps back and forth throughout the day. Keypad would not lock for us, kids could have bumped the lock but we couldn’t find directions on how to use the lock, was very responsive!
Keep in mind this is not part of the ‘resort’, so no amenities but we knew this going in. We were pleased with our stay, we would stay here again. "

"Napili Point C-12
Location is great, unit is well equipped. Biggest negative is the large spread between check-in (4pm)and check-out (10am) with no flexibility allowed for travel plans. While I acknowledge that 6 hrs to turn a unit is nice to have if you can get away with it, those times are beyond competitive rentals by at least 2hrs. So despite all the other positives, I wouldn't recommend renting from this agency."

"Beware of extra charges. The unit itself is wonderful though
The place itself was wonderful. We loved it. Swimming with turtles there was a highlight of our trip. The unit was bright and comfortable and the listing was accurate. Some suggestions for improvement would be: 1) to have 4 chairs at the table on the lanai since that is where people will likely want to hang out and 2) do something about the washing machine and dishwasher that stunk strongly of mold. The only negative of our stay was being charged for a TV remote that we did not damage. It feels like a scam to charge us $50 extra, especially since we were already charged a damage waiver through our booking on Airbnb. For that reason I would think twice about booking here again, nor would I recommend this particular unit to a friend without forewarning them. Initially the communication with the host was good and if it were not for this incident it would have been a 5 star stay."

"Would Recommend
Really liked staying here. Clean, big enough to fit 4 comfortably, big lanai with gorgeous view, kitchen well stocked, tons of parking, great location, close to food options and beaches. Beach chairs and couple of beach toys in front hall. Washer and dryer were very convenient. There is no air conditioning which is fine but fair warning the loft bedroom can get really warm. There is a big fan in the closet to use though. Management was very quick and to respond when questions were asked. Overall had a great experience and would recommend staying here. "

"Nice property
This condo was clean. Beautiful view. Right near pool so if you want quiet this isn’t the condo for you when kids are playing in it. There were a few things they could improve on. For the price you pay they could leave a few more amenities. For instants a salt and pepper shaker, a small pad of paper with a pen, coffee filters, syran or reynolds wrap and tissues. They did leave some laundry detergent, coffee and pancake mix. The wifi in the bedroom on first floor was terrible. We couldn’t use the tv or our computers. Once you close the door you no longer have wifi. They need to address that problem. The kitchen had most everything you’d need for a short stay. They should add a dish rack for drying dishes. They didn’t leave enough dish washer detergent for 3 weeks and I wasn’t buying more since we had to already buy dish detergent. We could have used more than 2 dish towels and 1 sponge. The beds were not very comfortable. Could use new mattresses with sheets that actually fit. While there the water and ice in refrigerator didn’t work. They did bring us a small bag of ice and ice trays. We needed to buy water. We stayed 3 weeks and needed to replenish the toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish detergent and paper towels. The water was very very hot which I like but could definitely burn someone. There are some tiles at the top of the stairs outside the front door that are loose so be careful not to step on them. "

"Fantastic location

"Great Location and Epic Sunsets
This condo was perfect for our family of four. The downstair bedroom has two medium soft twin beds and there is a loft with a nice and firm king bed. The views are fantastic. The lanai is on the smaller side but we managed to have four adult size people eating dinner around the table. The kitchen is well equipped and the fridge is big with a robust ice maker which is serious plus for Hawaii. The condo overlooks a grassy area and the pool. There are numerous gas grills in the property and you can watch the sunset while you cook dinner. Honokeana bay with its tons of turtles is steps away and Napili Bay is an easy five minute walk around the point. The location is perfect if you want chill Upper West Maui. The one minor downside is that because the condo is close to the pool, its kinda loud during pool hours. This place is great if you want to avoid the hectic resort madness of Wailea or Kaanapali. "

"Wonderful Property!
We loved our stay at this unit. Our family has enjoyed numerous visits to Napili Bay and this unit certainly added to our ongoing enjoyment of this portion of the island. Overall, no negative comments, though it's worth mentioning the kitchen was a little light on some glassware, plates, etc. Additionally, the balcony screen slider could use some attention. Otherwise, all was clean and in good repair. The availability of an ice chest and quality beach chairs was awesome. Would recommend!"

"Wonderful time on Maui!
We loved staying at Napili Point C12! It was perfect for our family of 5! We especially enjoyed the beautiful view, being able to hear the waves lap up on the shore at night and the proximity of the pool for our kids. As a bonus, some of the best snorkeling on Maui is right out front, especially if you want to see turtles!"

"Excellent place to stay
Condo: the condo is clean, in great shape and fully stocked with all the kitchen amenities needed. For the beach, there is a boogie board, beach chairs, towels, some snorkeling gear, etc.
Location: the condo overlooks Honokeana bay, and we enjoyed listening to the waves and watching surfers catch a wave. We also saw dolphins near the coast from our lanai. The grocery store and a few restaurants are close by. Napili beach is a short walk away. Honokeana bay has good snorkeling, and lots of turtles. We liked that the Napili area is less crowded than Kaanapali.
Property management: Kim was very responsive before we arrived and during our stay. We had a problem with the front door lock and she promptly sent someone to fix it the same morning.
Overall I would recommend the place, and would have loved to extend our stay."

"A great location and view!
The four of us enjoyed our stay in Napili Point C12. Everything was great! I would add a note that if a couple wants any privacy that the upper loft bedroom is visible from the Living area. Because it is an open loft, however, it also has an amazing view of the ocean!"

The property was as described and well maintained and clean. Great communication from the time of booking until we departed. The pool was cleaned daily and the surrounding area was beautiful. Close to beaches, shopping and basically anything you wanted to do. The bay was amazing to snorkel or just sit and enjoy the ocean. Turtles were awesome! I would definitely recommend. "

"Best Vacation Ever!
My family had an amazing time staying at Napili Point. The property manager, Kim, was very welcoming and informative. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. The condo was clean, spacious, and had extremely comfortable beds. We used to rent snorkels, beach chairs, ice chest, umbrellas, basically everything we needed for the beach. They delivered the day we arrived to the condo. Honokeana Cove, right outside the condo, is the best snorkeling experience! Dozens of sea turtles! Everything was so convenient, near by stores, walking distance or a very short drive to awesome nearby beaches. Very beautiful and relaxing place to stay. We cannot wait to stay here again. "

"Wonderful location in Napili
We loved the unit and Napili. It was our first time in the area but will not be the last. The beaches, the neighbourhood, and the relaxed vibe made this a great vacation. All the amenities and services in the area made it a very good place to stay. The only critique is the unit had a rug in the living room that had some excess wear and tear, and some beach chairs and an umbrella would be an asset. It was a wonderful location and the sunsets and ocean were incredible! I am positive the sunsets on Maui are the best."

"Great Location
The view from C-12 is wonderful. We could watch whales jumping off shore and turtles in the cove. We walked to the Kapalua trail, so didn't have to worry about the limited parking at the trail access. The condo is comfortably furnished and just big enough for two couples."

"Beautiful all around 5*
We had our three grandsons with us. It was the best time ever. Everything was in perfect condition. The location was great, the view from our room was unbelievable. The boys had a great time in the surf and snorkling. Swam with the turtles everyday.
Food close by was plenty and good.
Only drawback, our flight was cancelled because of Lane hurricane. Had to stay in 2* hotel near airport extra three days, nothing to do and no car during wind and rain. We will be back, Thank you, Maui"

"Napili Point
We enjoyed the apartment and location. There could have been a little more information for us but we looked it up ourselves. The snorkels were broken so we hired them. We couldn't quite work out how the fan switching worked. The only item which was really annoying was the screen door to the balcony. You need to close it as the birds come in. It kept coming off its rollers because they were broken. It really let the property down and we kept having to get the birds out. Couldn't close the class door because it stopped the breeze coming in to cool the apartment. I would recommend this be fixed asap."

"Perfect Maui Landing Spot!
We had an excellent stay at Napili Point C12. Unit was clean and very well equipped, and the location was just as advertised. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, and going to Lahaina for dinners out. The staff on-site, and Stacey via phone we're always very helpful. I'd definitely come back! "

"Fabulous place with breathtaking views!
Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at Nipili Point C-12. We were very comfortable and the apartment is well equipped. It was nice to have beach towels and chairs there too. Everything was in great shape and clean. The location to the beach, turtle bay and tide pools was very convenient. We saw lots of turtles and enjoyed snorkeling right outside. The pool and BBQ's are kept clean. It worked perfectly for our family."

"Napili Point C-12
Napili Point is in a beautiful setting. The ad made out the condo to be top notch, some were very disappointed when we got there. The condo has a lot of deferred maintenance. First it was not enough towels, dishwasher leaked, louvered windows would not close and it went on from there. They give you a starter supply of trash bags, dishwasher soap, etc, and then you buy your own. I will say that was very responsive when we called. In talking to the front desk we found that their housekeepers come in every day to give you new towels, etc and clean twice while you there. With this unit you do your own. I feel like they should give back the cleaning deposit.
Next time we will rent thru Napili Point directly . Much cheaper and more amenities . "

"Great Location
This unit is all about location. Unfortunately, we found the unit dirty. The carpets are in dire need of cleaning. Large spots on the throw rug in the living room. Dust bunnies on the walls, dirty screens and maintenance needed on downstairs bedroom window. Because of the condition we did not think the value was there. I have owned island rentals and would never have allowed my property to have been rented in this condition"

The view from our condo's lanai was not only ocean front but a stunningly beautiful one. The master bedroom 's position as a loft allowed for waking up to this blue gem every morning. Adding to that were the comfortable furnishings and updated kitchen to make our stay a truly relaxing vacation."

"A great spot to vacation in Maui
We spent Christmas here with our three kids (ages 3,5,7) and it was fabulous. The views out the back deck are amazing and the condo is well appointed and comfortable. The location to beaches, snorkeling, and services (Napili Plaza) make this place a home run. We would definitely stay here again if we are fortunate enough to come back to Hawaii!! "

I thought the room was going to be alot larger from the photos, unit and building are kind of run down. Was also disappointed that it wasn't on Napili Bay, only rocks, no sand. We won't be back. Overpriced for what we got. "

"Napili Point
The location in Napili was excellent...the grounds were well kept ....and the ocean view was easy to walk to the Napili Bay Beach. We enjoyed many restaurants in the area.
On the negative side..the linens were ripped and really didn’t fit the bed.
The washer,dryer and dishwasher should be replaced...the washing machine was extremely loud when used.
We would definitely return to Napili Point....this unit just needs a little attention to make it perfect.

"OUTSTANDING! Everything
Our vacation experience with was OUTSTANDING. The location of the condo is AMAZING! There are turtles everywhere and beautiful views no matter where you look. We also worked with their concierge service, Maui Activity Concierge. I highly recommend booking anything through them. That includes the rental car. They save you about $100+. The condo was very nice, had everything that we needed. Beach chairs, kitchen needs, towels, etc. It was perfect and we can't wait to come back! Stacey was also a joy to talk with and work with. Nothing about our trip could have went any better than it did. So thankful for the opportunity to stay here.

"The view was awesome!
We really enjoyed our stay at Napili c-12. The view was spectacular. This place was close to everything: pool, beach, snorkeling, grocery store. We liked it that it's not crowded, busy, nor noisy. The condo was clean and nicely decorated with modern style furnitures and provided all the amenities that we needed. It does have ceiling fans, but no air conditioning so it can get pretty warm in the condo. Checking in at 4:00 pm seemed pretty late to us, but checking in and out was super easy and convenient. We would stay there again."

Overall, the rental was fine with updated furnishings, bathrooms and kitchen. We were mostly off visiting places in Maui. There were some issues, like dishwasher door dropping below the level of dishwasher so the bottom rack falls out, the dryer door clashing against the closet door (had to move the dryer some to open the its door), the dryer vent not properly connected (it blow air into the closet, not outside), lack of lighting over the dining table (couldn't use it as a result). I think the cleaning prior was professional and appreciated. It'd have been nice to have details to enter the condo a day or two staying prior to occupancy rather than an hour or two since I had to communicate with the realty and then check all my emails, texts, etc. constantly make sure I got the info. esp. since I got voicemail rather than a person. No A/C which is the true in most condos in Napili."
