Magnificent and spacious, LUXURY OCEANVIEW PENTHOUSE at The Sands of Kahana. This home features two (2) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms, two (2) lanais and air conditioning. It comes fully furnished and fully stocked. Just bring your toothbrush, swimsuit, and flip-flops! Sit back with your favorite beverage(s) and enjoy the most SPECTACULAR YEAR ROUND SUNSETS AND OCEAN VIEWS IN ALL OF WEST MAUI. There are two king sized beds and two (2) sleeper sofas. A washer and dryer are included in the condo. The kitchen is fully appointed and ready for you to cook a gourmet meal! All you need to do is fill up the refrigerator with your favorite food and beverages. Sands of Kahana PH 281 is the perfect place to enjoy everything Maui has to offer with family, friends and loved one's!

CANCELLATIONS:

A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will be refunded 100% damage/reservation deposit paid to LLC. If the reservation is during Peak Winter December through March and the week of a holiday, our policy requires ninety (90) days cancellation notice to receive 100% refund. This does not include any booking fees paid to an outside travel agency. In this case you will need to abide by their policies. Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days or 90 days when applicable of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation, shortened stays or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately which we highly recommend. Nature and the lack of or the amount of sandy beach does not warrant a refund. We can not control nature or predict the weather or beach conditions. Our tropical environment is subject to pests. The resort complexes do regular treatments as does our management company. We ask guests to take care in cleaning up immediately after food items are used.

"Wonderful Rental with Everything You Need
This was a wonderful condo to rent for myself, husband, 3-year-old, and parents. It's in an awesome location, right on a really beautiful beach with super clear and warm water and soft sand. The views from the unit are INSANE since it's the top level. It comes equipped with everything you need, including basic spices and supplies for cooking, beach towels, toys, and chairs, and plenty of linens and towels. They ask that you keep the AC to no lower than 74 degrees and it does get hot, but there are multiple fans throughout the unit. Access to the pool and hot tub were also extremely nice. We will definitely be back!"

"7/10 stay
Overall, the place was great, very spacious — the location couldn’t be better, with easy walking access to markets and coffee shops. The kitchen was fully stocked, the air conditioning worked well, and the game room was a perfect break from the sun.

That said, there were a few downsides. The vacuum didn’t work, and the rinse-off station by the pool barely functioned. The bed was unfortunately very uncomfortable, and I had trouble sleeping. The balconies were covered in bird droppings, so we couldn’t enjoy them. We also found a few dead cockroaches under the bed — not a huge deal since they were dead, but something to note, especially for families with kids who like to play under the beds.

The listing claims it sleeps 8+, but one of the beds is in a sunroom with no air conditioning, which was a major drawback. Lastly, because the unit is privately owned, you can’t participate in the hotel activities — something we didn’t realize beforehand.

Overall, a great spot with a lot of potential, but a few maintenance and comfort issues need attention"

Great condo, excellent location, safe, clean and convenient. So close to many great beaches for snorkeling and noodling. Restaurant on premises is an added bonus with a good choice of menu items and bar. Super service from restaurant staff- friendly and fun. Condo had everything you could want or need. "

Spacious, beautiful condo with amazing views everywhere in the condo! Perfect for our family of 5. Great location. Snorkeled with turtles right on the beach. Beach is nice for swimming and boogie boarding for kids. Restaurant was convenient with great food. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Exceeded our high expectations
We always look for the best unit available whenever we visit Maui and on this particular visit, we hit the jackpot. Unit 281 is fantastic. It was very clean, nicely furnished, incredibly roomy and on top of that, the views were amazing. On our next visit to Maui, we will be hoping that unit 281 is available because if it is, that is where we will stay."

"Outstanding condo with the best view
We were immediately comfortable in this spacious upgraded condo. One lanai faces Lanai - best for morning coffee and evening sunsets. The other lanai faces Molokai - best for afternoon breezes and rainbows. We watched the whales from the lanais, spotted turtles in the surf, and even had a sleeping monk seal on the beach. The air conditioning kept us comfortable, and we appreciate the covered parking. Eating at the bar in the condo allowed looking out on the ocean during meals. The on-site restaurant was great. We highly recommend this condo."
