A short stroll away you’ll have the best coral reefs for snorkeling, some of the finest restaurants on the island, along with world renowned golf courses at Kapalua and Kaanapali. Across the vast 16 acre property you will also have sparkling pools and tennis courts for some outside fun. Spacious master suite features a luxurious king bed, sofa bed in the living room to overlook the breathtaking views of the beaches. CANCELLATIONS:
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will be refunded 100% damage/reservation deposit paid to Epic Realty LLC. If the reservation is during Peak Winter December through March and the week of a holiday, our policy requires ninety (90) days cancellation notice to receive 100% refund. This does not include any booking fees paid to an outside travel agency. In this case you will need to abide by their policies. Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days or 90 days when applicable of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation, shortened stays or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately which we highly recommend. Nature and the lack of or the amount of sandy beach does not warrant a refund. We can not control nature or predict the weather or beach conditions. Our tropical environment is subject to pests. The resort complexes do regular treatments as does our management company. We ask guests to take care in cleaning up immediately after food items are used.
