CANCELLATIONS:

A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will be refunded 100% damage/reservation deposit paid to LLC. If the reservation is during Peak Winter December through March and the week of a holiday, our policy requires ninety (90) days cancellation notice to receive 100% refund. This does not include any booking fees paid to an outside travel agency. In this case you will need to abide by their policies. Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days or 90 days when applicable of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation, shortened stays or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately which we highly recommend. Nature and the lack of or the amount of sandy beach does not warrant a refund. We can not control nature or predict the weather or beach conditions. Our tropical environment is subject to pests. The resort complexes do regular treatments as does our management company. We ask guests to take care in cleaning up immediately after food items are used.

We had a lovely vacation in Maui. The on-site property manager, Danny, went out of his way for us. When I called Epic, the gal was helpful to confirm the check-in process. The property was loud with the construction work during the day, which is unavoidable. Not fun hearing the neighbor throwing up all morning one day. "

"Beautiful views with incredible sunsets!
The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location was great and easy to get to to shops, restaurants and other locations on the island, although there is not a sandy beach in walking distance. I absolutely oved being ground level! We had breakfast outside every morning and the sunsets were incredible! I would have to say my favorite part was that every afternoon, there were several sea turtles right in front of our sea wall.
My only complaints were that there wasn’t enough hot water in the unit, about half way through every shower the water was cold and the AC didn’t work well enough to cool down the bedroom in the front of the unit. Overall though, a great place to stay! "

"Nice place to stay. Air conditioning doesn’t cool down the unit.
This condo is oceanfront with a lava rock wall out front and no beach. The view is gorgeous. The unit has been recently remodeled and is very nice. The carpet needs to be cleaned and the floors mopped by the cleaning crew. I would get out of the shower and walk barefoot around the condo and 10 minutes later my feet are filthy.
The air conditioner is to small, it’s 1 room A/C unit and does not cool down the place when the afternoon sun hits it. The unit needs a bigger A/C unit in this condo. So for the price you pay to stay there A/C should not be an issue.
The code for the condo front door and the Wi-Fi code are needed in advance of arrival. I had no Wi-Fi access when I arrived to get the condo code. Then I see it wasn’t ever send. I called Epic and got the code. "

"Hawaii retreat
The building is in an awesome location. There is nothing special about this unit. It was reasonably clean and furnished. No ice maker which was inconvenient to constantly be filling ice trays. The major irritant was the lack of hot water for a normal shower. This was reported twice and explanations given but no satisfactory results.
We would stay in this building without question but pick a different unit"

"Fantastic view!
This condo has a fantastic view of sunsets and whale watching. It is clean and is furnished nicely. The kitchen is sparsely furnished with only 5 matching glasses, tableware that is just so-so and it could really use a blender for making drinks. The curtains on the sliding glass doors were terrible. They looked awful and were very hard to open and close. Did not go with thei rest of the decor. Lots of noise early in the morning. Children were really loud with banging doors."

"Paradise
Paradise this was a very nice very well put together Apartment. A few things that could help would be air-conditioning in the bedroom, first cup of coffee or at least a filter to go to coffee machine. The view was excellent the apartment was comfortable, the beach was small but very usable and there were at least 12 turtles easily seen from the backyard. One of the vertical shades in the bedroom was missing and with the light outside the bedroom it took me a few days to realize I could stuff a sheet to curb the light, All small things easily fixed. I would definitely stay here again if they added air-conditioning to the bedroom bedroom"
