CANCELLATIONS:

A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will be refunded 100% damage/reservation deposit paid to LLC. If the reservation is during Peak Winter December through March and the week of a holiday, our policy requires ninety (90) days cancellation notice to receive 100% refund. This does not include any booking fees paid to an outside travel agency. In this case you will need to abide by their policies. Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days or 90 days when applicable of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation, shortened stays or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately which we highly recommend. Nature and the lack of or the amount of sandy beach does not warrant a refund. We can not control nature or predict the weather or beach conditions. Our tropical environment is subject to pests. The resort complexes do regular treatments as does our management company. We ask guests to take care in cleaning up immediately after food items are used.

A very short walk to beach, great food, simple directions for all appliances (tv, internet, laundry, etc). Beautiful decor and finishes throughout. "

A106 was comfortable. Access to the unit was very convenient. The unit was clean, and was easy to keep clean. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and playing cards with the lovely Hawaiian breeze. The only negative was that the sliding door and screen was very hard to open and close. "

What a wonderful stay I had at Napili Shores. The unit is beautifully upgraded and well stocked with all the necessities and then some. Super clean. Very comfy bed.The combination of the ceiling fan and the AC keep it at the perfect temperature. The lanai is perfect for whale and sunset watching!"

"AMAZING Location
We are Kama'aina on Maui and wanted to experience a Napili staycation for a few days. This rental was simply spectacular! We watched whales from our lanai every morning. The condo was updated with a comfortable bed (every night we were lulled asleep by the ocean), with a nice smaller kitchen to prepare meals. We didn't use the kitchen much though because the Gazebo and a Tiki bar are on the property. There are also other excellent restaurants so close including Sea House & Merriman's, both just a short beach walk away. We were impressed and thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone seeking a memorable Maui getaway!"

The new finishes are beautiful and the extra large shower is nice. There is a very pretty view of Napili Bay, and from the lanai you can watch the migrating whales. You should be aware that there is no washer/dryer in the unit, just a coin operated laundry room up the hill near the lobby "

"A Little Slice of Heaven
We had an unbelievable week here. Fantastic ocean views, falling asleep to the sound of the waves and fantastic snorkeling in both of the surrounding bays. A quick drive north to Honolua bay with a beautiful forest was amazing and then a quick drive south to Lahaina with amazing restaurants and shops on Front St. Will definitely be back. Mahalo"

"Disappointed in condo location
We tried to upgrade our accommodations because of the length of our stay, didn't have another condo available.The noise factor at night was like being in a wind tunnel, the wind blowing through the shutters was really annoying and did not help our sleep. The condo is next to the public access to the beach, also the wash station is right beside our condo.The only sun was on the lawn, just like in the picture. Also our view was obstructed by the hedge."

Wonderful little ocean front condo. The description is certainly accurate. Very easy beach access. Could use some new light fixtures as the ocean air has pitted the existing with rust. Lots of activity off the Lanai as there is public beach access there and a shower for guests to clean the sand off. Would definitely stay here again."

"Napili Shores A106
We absolutely loved the location of the unit. Right on the oceanfront, with the most spectacular views. We could have stayed on that lanai forever. If I have only one complaint about the unit, it is about 3 feet away from where people wash he sand from their feet from the beach, granted it is separated by a fence and a bush, but you can hear people all hours of the day and night turning on that spigot and washing/showering, including loud kids. The public beach station is out of order so it seemed EVERYONE used that spigot. It could get a bit annoying, and takes away from what I thought would be a very private location, however it wouldn't turn me off from staying in this unit again, because the views are incredible. Too bad they can't build a brick wall instead of that picket fence."
