The Maui Sunset is located on over 5 acres of oceanfront at Kihei which is considered one of the best locations on the Valley Isle. Kihei is noted for its year-round sunshine, balmy trade winds, and soothing evening air. It is one of the driest and sunniest areas on the entire island, averaging only 10 inches a year! World famous swimming and snorkeling beaches are minutes away at one of the many sandy safe beaches at Kihei and nearby Wailea. Just a short distance (6 miles) from five championship 18-hole resort golf courses at Wailea and Makena. The two buildings frame and protect a large recreational area that is carefully attended and landscaped. The 60-foot swimming pool with its broad decks and abundance of pool furniture invites you to improve on your tan.

"Amazing view
Our condo was very nice. Bed was comfortable . Kitchen had everything that we needed. The view from the condo was amazing! The pool and grounds of the resort were kept up great. We took a walk on the beach daily and really liked that the beach area was not overly crowded. We could always find a spot to just hang out by the water during the day and in the evenings to enjoy the sunset. It was our first time to Maui and we had a great time. "

"Great Location and Nice Condo
Condo was near lots of amenities like grocery stores, restaurants. It was an easy drive to other parts of Maui for activities. Unit was well appointed with a fantastic view of the grounds and the ocean. We really enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai looking out at the view and hearing the birds. Air conditioning was on the older side and noisy in the main bedroom. Condo maintenance came very promptly to fix a small issue, really good customer service throughout the facility. "

"Short Stay
Nicely refurbished unit. AC units getting old and noisy, but tolerable. Extra utensils and condiments made it easier to cook. Boogie board and chairs available in unit. Minimal info on checkin, but adequate if you are experienced with the area. Nice grounds on the water and long beach for walking. North unit sun exposed (A building), South building B would be preferred if avoiding heat and too much sun. Good for family and to be close to beach and parks."

We had a wonderful vacation staying in A514. It had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable bed, nice ocean view and the property grounds were spotless.
