This beautifully maintained 2 bedroom 2 and one half bath 1646 sq. ft. Fairways at Mauna Lani is impeccable. A well designed floor plan including a lanai with a Viking BBQ (and walk out to the the lawn), and private attached garage. Downstairs features the kitchen and living room with vaulted ceilings, and a laundry room with extra storage, and a half bath. Upstairs you find the two bedrooms, with the main bedroom having its own private lanai, and separate seating area great for an office. This unit has excellent placement facing the golf course with a private forested area in between allowing for extra privacy.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.
