The Primary Bedroom features a King size bedroom with lovely linens, all provided to ensure your utmost comfort.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the equipment and small appliances you could need for an enjoyable vacation. This beautiful condo features air conditioning in the Living Room only, (Not Available in the Bedroom) and a washer/dryer. Although there is an elevator on-site, there are a few steps that must be walked to get to 2nd floor condos.

Kona Reef Structural & Resurfacing Project 2026

Kona Reef will undergo major structural and resurfacing work from January 2026 through June 2026. This project is essential to address water damage, corrosion, and deferred maintenance, ensuring the long-term safety and value of the property.
The Rate for the affected time of Jan 2 - Feb 2 has been reduced 50% for this work.

What Guests Should Expect:

Construction Noise & Dust: Jackhammers, saws, and other equipment will be in use throughout the complex.

Lanai Access: Units will temporarily lose lanai access during their building’s spalling stage.

Parking: Parking will be restricted at various times as levels undergo repair; alternate parking areas will be designated.

Restricted Areas: For safety, access to active construction zones will be limited or denied.

Important Notes:

Work is scheduled Monday–Friday, with dates subject to change due to weather or unforeseen repairs.

Owners are responsible for informing renters of construction impacts, including noise, scaffolding, and parking limitations.

Updates will be provided regularly as the project progresses.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Just Right!
Great little place! The beach view and sound of the waves are so nice. I generally kept the sliding doors of the balcony open with just the screens in place for that pleasant ocean breeze. Only used the AC a little at night to cool things down for sleep. The bed was quite comfortable, and I was happy to be able to choose from a selection of pillows of various thickness and firmness for just the right one. I made good use of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare many meals. Having a filtering water pitcher in the fridge was a nice touch so I didn't need to buy a bunch of plastic bottles of water. The surface of the coffee table raises and extends--very handy for the few times when I needed to jump on my laptop. Hope to stay here again during future visits."

"Big Island- Kona area stay
vacation rental was nice. Super clean. Nicely upgraded unit. I gave 3star for general condition because while the furniture looks well appointed it is not comfortable. The sofa isnt really furniture you can lounge on to relax. My husband and I both struggled to get comfortable to sleep in the bed. Mattress felt a bit worn. Unit kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. Beach towels were very nice plush towels. Beach chairs are small and rusted; however there was a nice cooler and snorkel gear, umbrella, pool noodle available. It is located perfectly. It was quite even at night even with nightlife 1/4-1/2 mile up the road. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. "

"Great Stay in Kona
Lovely small condo that is in a perfect location- close to town but not in the hubbub to be loud and busy. Awesome to look at the ocean every day. The condo is well stocked and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again for another visit to Kona."
