MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Ideal location
Ideal location. Walkable to many restaurants. Ocean is right across the street. Unit came with beach towels,beach chairs & umbrella. Suggestion is to have a small ice chest. Nice view from patio. Kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, plates and pots and pans. Our only issue is that it took forever for the water to get hot in the showers and kitchen sink."
