MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"A Nice Home Away from Home
We stayed for five days and found the unit to be exactly as advertised (with A/C) and stocked like a home with a full kitchen, laundry, and all the other things you would hope to find in a vacation rental (beach chairs, boogies boards, fins and snorkels, etc.).

I think the two highlights were when they discovered we had a cracked coffee pot they immediately brought a new unit. And when I phoned on the weekend and explained that I had unwittingly/accidentally spoken the code that opens our door in front of other vacation renters & neighbors, they sent a locksmith to change the code for me, on the weekend. This was above and beyond as their offices were "closed" but their support staff made the calls, got approval, and sent someone out. All over text, with a helpful and concerned attitude.

We would definitely stay at a Knutsen managed property again."

"Perfect, quiet location and roomy!
The location was exactly what was needed to be able to get into shop within minutes and quiet when we needed a day at the pool. The beds, bedding and towels were super soft and the aesthetic was so comfy and inviting! The lanai was the perfect spot to have breakfast each morning and recount the day in the evening with the garden lights on. The beach chairs, cooler bag and umbrellas were in great condition!! Will definitely stay again!! "
