There are 2 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, a unique & special offering for a Wonderful Vacation.
Right in the heart of Kailua-Kona on the Big Island, there are NO STAIRS to access this unit and there is a keyless entry system for ease of access.
A beautiful ocean view from the lanai for sunset relaxing. Amenities include: a king bed, 2 twin beds (converted to a king by request), and a queen sofa sleeper. Fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher and an ice maker in the fridge. Large washer/dryer in unit. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room, with Air Conditioner (honestly you don't need it with ceiling fans and sliding glass doors to the lanai in every room).

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Better than I could imagine!
Condo was perfect in every way. It was lovely & clean! The lanai was large and wrapped around & had a lovely view. Having a full 3rd bathroom was a plus. The property management company was great.....very responsive & took care of any questions we had. Was a great location in the complex by the pool and lovely to be in the town. "Great Condo with a view!- Poor management company
We loved staying at this Kona Pacific condo due to the location, our access to the pool, and how well equipped the condo was. The property management company is the only drawback. (More later). The condo was nicely furnished, the patio was spacious and had a big table, and there were three bathrooms. The view of the ocean and closeness to the pool were a plus. There are a few downsides, but minimal. There is no inside table that allows serving dinner for four people. The main TV is small by today's standards and difficult to use. There is no TV in the master bedroom. Back to the management company...they hound you to use their app, complete paperwork (or your reservation is not valid), try to get you to book with them instead of VRBO, send unfriendly letters about checking in, and threaten to fine you upon checking out. The owners are not well served by this company. "

"Big Island Stay
Overall my stay was good. When I arrived to the unit my husband and I did a quick inspection to ensure all was well. We found that the window to the kitchen was ajar and the shower off the living room did not work. These are not deal brakers, but It would have been great if the management company to advised the aforementioned prior to our check-in so that we could have better managed our expectations. When I called the issues in, the management company advised that they were aware of the issues, however, they didn’t advise us. Transparency is key. Outside of those issues, the unit was nice and clean. During our last day inside the unit, individuals unbeknownst to us opened the front door, and that was scary. The management company advised prior to check-in that no one else would have access or our unit code to enter the unit, but that wasn’t the case. The individuals that opened the door were the owners and the handyman. I let them in but I was alarmed. They were there to fix the window, however, they wasn’t aware that someone was renting their unit at the time due to lack of communication on the management side, which is a deal breaker for me. I need to feel secured at all times. "

"Vacation Stay
Location was perfect. Close to everything in Kailua Kona. Condo unit was very spacious and welcoming. We stayed in the corner unit and the views were perfect, the ocean view and the Mountain View. The pool was just a skip and short walk away. There was also a cool brreze throughout the day so we didn’t need to use the a/c. Loved this location and unit. "Family Hawaii Trip!
My family of 6 stayed at this property and it was everything we expected. It was close to downtown Kona, which provided many dining and shopping options. There is a Walmart/Costco within 10 min drive to stock up on anything you should need during your stay. The place was clean and stocked with all supplies you should possibly need, especially for the beach. The rooms were spacious. Only knocks I could give them is no TV in the master bedroom and the map on the posting shows a hot tub in the community pool area but there is no hot tub (which I kind of assumed from the pictures). I'd stay here again and recommend to friends if ever traveling there!"

"Can’t wait to come back!
The property was very clean and comfortable. They had everything we needed and were a short walk to all of the downtown restaurants and shopping. Unless you want to venture out you don’t need a car. They had tons of beach equipment. We honestly didn’t spen much time in the condo when we were home because we couldn’t get enough of our lani. The staff text daily to check in on any needs or questions we might have. 10/10 would stay again. "

"Perfect Location!
We had a wonderful time staying in the Kona Village!! The condo was super clean, spacious, well stocked with every essential, and in a fabulous location. We weren’t right on the beachfront but had great views from the lanai and the windows in the main living space. It’s in a quiet community with a nice-sized pool and beautifully maintained grounds. We felt very secure. The owners provided easy check in and good instructions for how to make the best use of the space. Check out was simple as well. The managers made sure to check in with us and to offer any additional assistance needed. We were within walking distance of great restaurants and shops and only fifteen to twenty minutes from KOA airport. The bed in master bedroom and the twin beds in the second bedroom were very comfortable and the rooms were large enough with plenty of closet space so you never felt cramped. Having three bathrooms and a washer and dryer set made the stay even easier. There are window units and fans to keep you cool. We used the window units at night only and kept the fans running and were plenty comfortable. We were there in March, and the lanai was a pleasant place for eating meals and just sitting outside. No one is going to sit around inside in Hawaii, so I don’t think central AC would be necessary even in warmer temps. It is on the first floor, so you can see the pool area from the lanai, but they enforce the nine o’clock closing time and we were never bothered by any noise. I would definitely bring my family here again. "

"Clean, quiet, and convenient
This place was ideal. My mom is in a walker and it was perfectly accessible. The furniture has been updated since the picture on the posting. We had everything we needed (but I would suggest a small cooler too, in addition to the big cooler that was there.) The property was quiet, even being right at the pool. The location is a quick walk from restaurants and shops, and and easy drive to everywhere. The parking spot is great. Honestly, nothing to complain about. "

"BEST PLACE IN KONA
The property is very close to everywhere. It was clean and best of all the pantry has the basic seasonings for use. The only concern is that your beddings need to be updated since some bed covers and pillow cases are torn especially the living pillow covers. One thing thumbs up if you have the available beach tools with cooler and umbrella for use. Also a convenient 3 full bath was a plus."
