Welcome to Country Club Villas #325, where ocean views, wrap-around sunsets, and an easy pace of life make it simple to settle in and enjoy Kona. This top-floor corner condo is one of only four units in the complex with the largest floor plan, making it a great fit for families and groups staying a week or more. With the pool and hot tub just steps away and town close by, it’s easy to move between relaxing at home and getting out to explore Kona.
The expansive lanai overlooks the golf course fairways, palm trees, and the ocean beyond, making it an inviting place for morning coffee, outdoor meals, or winding down in the evenings watching the incredible sunsets. It’s an easy place to gather, share meals, and enjoy the views at any time of day.
Inside, the living space is open and comfortable, with new furnishings and Hawaiian artwork throughout. A bright corner seating nook, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows, brings in abundant natural light along with garden-to-ocean views. This flexible nook works well as a reading lounge, puzzle table, or relaxed separate hangout area, while still staying connected to the main living space.
The kitchen is well suited for longer stays and is fully stocked for everyday cooking and baking, with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a breakfast bar, along with extras such as an Instant Pot, hand mixer, and baking sheets. An electric Weber grill is located on the lanai, and gas Weber grills are also located near the pool.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.
