Beautiful Direct Oceanfront Remodeled Townhome, truly stunning!

Townhome#182 is RIGHT on the water, featuring all one could want in their Vacation Rental. It has two bedrooms & two bathrooms and is configured to accommodate up to 6 guests with a Queen bed in the ocean-facing bedroom and Queen Sized Bed in the garden bedroom (Murphy Bed!). Pull out Sofa can sleep up to 2 little ones, or 1 regular sized person. Enjoy a bathroom on each floor. The downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower and the upstairs bath has a tub shower combination. The unit also comes with AC through the unit!

The Lanai..you can't get any closer to the waters edge! Enjoy outdoor dining at this beautiful unit. A dedicated parking space is just steps away. We also manage#183 right next door if you want side by side units!!

The kitchen is fully equipped all one could yearn for. Enjoy washer and dryer access as well!

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting. The large, newly remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.

One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Peace and quiet away from resorts
I was looking for a quiet spot to enjoy the water and do some writing. This place delivered in spades! It is an older resort, and being so close to the ocean always wears things down, but this townhouse is well maintained and the air conditioning is a wonderful addition. Would stay again."

"Needs updated and living room smells like body odor
As soon as we opened the door you could smell old mildew smell; and the couch and decorative pillows smelled like sweaty bodies. Apparently the last 25 guests slept on the couch instead of opening the sleeper and using sheets. Windows don’t close all the way. Hot air, bugs and noise pour in.
Not enough curtain panels to cover the windows
The sliding door “locks” by putting an old stick of pvc in place.
We had family stay in three other units on the same property, and there condos were so nice. We were too embarrassed to let them see this one.
The pictures are not representative of this property.
We travel and rent condos several times a year. This was the worst by far.

"Great location/beautiful sunsets /
Everything about this property was great! Location of 218 was close to everything on the grounds. Views were amazing from the patio doors. The condition of this unit I would say fair- to suitable.
Windows are taped up/ loose drains in the shower/ needs TLC.
The linens has stains on them.
All our food was kept in the fridge and kitchen was cleaned immediately after preparing a meal. Garbage was taken out at night- we still had tiny bugs present in the kitchen and a cockroach by the dining table!
They had a disclosure in the contract- and offered traps and bug spray when I contacted them about the bugs.
All in all it was a great location and a fair rating for the unit itself. "

"Great location, needs TLC
We loved the location right on the water. But the unit needs some attention. Here’s what we noticed: no curtain on sliders meaning anyone walking by can look in (not so great when one uses downstairs shower); window slats next to slider (top) don’t close all the way; wood chunk missing from entry threshold; rusty light fixtures; downstairs bathroom faucet nastily rusty and plunger doesn’t work (a problem for me, a hard contacts wearer); other places worn out, needing replacement. "

"Great stay!
From beginning to end mine and my boyfriends stay was amazing. The view was worth the incredible price we were able to book at. Our host provided us with a few detergent & dishwasher pods which where more than enough and was a very nice and useful item to have to do a couple quick loads of laundry and dish washing. The entire home was clean and organized and felt like home for the duration of our stay. Communication before, during and after was clear and useful. Thank you to this lovely host for opening their doors to us we would truly consider booking again for our next trip."
