CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Amazing Views!
The property was exactly as described. The view from the master bedroom is stunning. Also, having dinner in the patio area with the waves sound was priceless. My kids really enjoyed the pool and snorkeling.
I gave a 4 stars for cleanliness because of the amount of bugs that come out at night inside the condo is a little excessive. Understand it’s an island but the managing company should provide bugs trap to minimize the bugs being all over the condo or seal the windows better. Either way, I am from an island and that doesn’t bother me, and the location was unbeatable. I will definitely recommend this place!!

"Nice property but.....
The property was fine. It's the 3rd time we've stayed in this complex. TBH I won't necessarily look for your managed properties to stay in. The two lighting issues were unfixable during our stay. Both were in the two bathrooms and really affected the usage. The downstairs MAIN light was out and upstairs the light over the tub was out. With the shower curtain closed it was really hard to see. Plus, the multiple text messages telling me to sign electronically a VERY long document that I could only access on a phone screen was REALLY annoying. I didn't even know who you were since I booked this through airbnb. I finally called and was told to "ignore the texts." The unit was nicely appointed but felt very sterile and corporate. We prefer places individually owned and serviced by the owners. Your check out chore list is a bit long since we paid a cleaning fee. If you want to treat this place as a corporately owned business then don't expect ME to do the cleaning prep. BTW I am NOT "Marcia from Irvine""

"Lovely ocean view
We very much enjoyed staying here. We would goto the lanai in the morning to have breakfast and in the evening to watch the sunset while having chai. It was wonderful to see the ocean from the bedroom. Good privacy. Good amount of space and clean. All appliances worked. We had issue with one thing and mgmt offered to come and fix, but we said that it was okay to fix after we depart. It had AC and plenty of beach towels. A little dated, but not a big deal. "

"Nice ocean view but dirty linens and towels
We enjoyed the rental and if had many amenities like A/C and washer and dryer. The view outside was spectacular and we were steps from the beach. However, the maids did not put clean sheets on the bed. They reeked of musty odor and the comforters likely are not washed in between guest stays due to its smell. We had to wash sheets, pillowcases and comforters just to ensure its cleanliness. "

We stayed here for our birthdays and had the best experience. The property was perfect (oceanfront and close to a black sand beach) locationwise is great! Comfortably fit our 3 person party. Well equipped and the hosts are so nice! If you need a sign to whether to book this property or not, this is it!"

"Great Location but.....
We are frequent renters at Keauhou Surf & Racquet. We especially love the waterfront homes. This is the first home that we were not too happy with. The floors were filthy. The first step onto the floor it felt gritty. Sure enough they were really dirty because my daughter's socks and my feet became black. Also the rice cooker was not usable because it was too dirty. Even though there was a note to clean it before storing, it obviously was not clean. Too disgusting to use. For the amount you charge for cleaning, I expect everything to be pristine. The sofa is old and saggy. "

"Beautiful Views
We booked this place because of the views we saw in the pictures and they did not disappoint. We ate most of our meals and watched the sunset from the lanai. The small yard was private and very relaxing. The unit had everything we needed and the appliances in the kitchen worked well. Internet was strong. Added bonus was having A/C! However all of the furniture is dated and could use a refresh, and the TV is small. Recliners on the patio would have been nice since we spent so much time outside. We loved the property but a few upgrades would make this property perfect."
