Malia Kai#5 is a unique & special rental opportunity for your upcoming Hawaii Vacation! Enjoy Townhome Living with no one above or below you in the heart of Kona Town!

You'll notice this intimate complex is extremely peaceful & the perfect oasis for one to enjoy the location of the close proximity to town, shopping and the ocean!

Park in your own private covered carport, and enjoy walking immediately up to your unit.

Laundry Level on Main Level as carport, with your own private use of a washer/dryer that belongs to the unit. Walk up the 1st flight of Stairs to the Main Living Area. There is a Comfortable Pull out sofa for 2 people in this space, with Private Lanai Access.

A beautiful kitchen that's fully equipped for your use and a half bathroom is on this 1st level as well. This unit has new countertops and cabinets. The 1st level is complete with wood flooring and tastefully furnished.

Walk up one more flight of stairs to the top level where one can enjoy the Primary Bedroom. This room is separated by moving shoji doors. Close them off for privacy and to separate the bed configurations or leave them open for a more open space. On the top floor there is a King bed, as well as twin trundle bed with two twin beds. Upstairs is complete with a Second Lanai! There is large bathroom with walk in shower!

Malia Kai also has a pool guests can enjoy while visiting.

If you're looking for comfortable, quiet living in a location that you can walk to restaurants, shopping & the beach, this is it!

MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"All the comforts of home in paradise
Our 28 day stay in February was delightful. All the amenities of home were available to make an easy transition from home to the Malia Kai. Huge kudos to the Knutson Associates for being available to trouble shoot our concerns, like getting us a iron where none was available & fixing the Roku service for the TV. Especially liked how quickly the Knutson responded. No surprises with location or lodging, plus everything was spotless and no problems with appliances. We also liked that all the check instructions were up to date so that there were no surprises. We know the traffic outside was a bit loud but that is not something Knutson and Associates can address. We would consider staying at this condo again in the future. For those folks with physical disabilities, there are stairs (10-12) to the first floor and a few more the second floor master bedroom.
