CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Perfect Location
We enjoyed our stay at Kona Reef A-34. The location is excellent, with an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Located right on the ocean, we had perfect views of the sunsets and surfers.
The unit was clean, and we had everything that we needed. The management checked in to make sure everything was okay, both at the beginning and towards the end of our stay. When we come back, we will stay here again. "

"Awesome ocean stay
We absolutely loved staying here. The location is great walking distance to everything downtown. Far enough away that we don’t get all the noise. "Kona Gem
Breakfast and lunch sitting just above the breaking surf on a lovely balcony watching the waves in early morning and the sunsets through swaying palms. Then a short walk to dinner in Kona town or at one of the hotels or local hangouts along the way. Perfect Hawaii experience!The condo was nicely furnished and all kitchen necessities were there for us. The bed was so comfortable. And both my husband and I were asleep as soon as our heads hit the pillows. Parking is convenient. The pool is lovely, even though we took off for the beach every morning. We had the smallest of issues with some beach equipment, mentioned it in an email, and the owner was kind enough to make it perfect within 24 hours. Excellent communication, which means a lot these days!We look forward to our next visit!

"Fabulous View
Kona Reef A34 has a fabulous ocean view where you can relax on the lani and watch lots of marine life. We have seen turtles, a stark, sting ray, lots of colorful fish in the crest of waves, spinner dolphins not to mention a whale or two. Great location and a nice unit."

"Unbeatable ocean view.
This property did not disappoint. Terrific sunset and ocean view. The sound of the ocean waves was soothing. We spent every evening watching the sun go down over the water and listening to the water. Cold A/C, comfortable bed, and quiet complex. Everything in the condo was as advertised. The location close to restaurants and shopping was nice since we didn't have to worry about parking. Owner was responsive and friendly. Thanks for letting us stay. We hope to be back soon."

"Great location, but needs amenities to match the million $ views
This condo has a fantastic location and million dollar views. The view from the balcony is amazing! The problem that we found were in the manner that the kitchen was supplied. It had the cheapest 2-toast toaster (we had to fold bread to fit) and a 5-cup coffee maker. No measuring cups or plastic platters to bring food down to the BarBQ where glass is prohibited. Broiler pan was missing and there were no cookie sheets. There isn't even a full set of dishes, Simple things like a decent set of hot pads, chip clips, drink cozies were all missing. There also was not any kleenex in the unit. These are all simple fixes that should not have to be mentioned when you are paying almost $500 per night to stay here!
PS: I noted that the sliding door issue noted in August by an earlier guest still had not been resolved"

Well appointed, full set of amenities, and an amazing oceanfront view. No need to stress for reservations elsewhere (restaurants, boat rides etc) to experience a beautiful sunset or ocean sounds. "Literally could not have been better
The location truly is THE best spot in the area - right on the water, highest floor. You can even hear the surf when the sliding door is closed! Property looks brand new - no sign of wear and tear. And the place was immaculate when we arrived - you could have literally eaten off the floor. You can walk just about anywhere for food, coffee, yoga, beach, sunrises, gifts, you name it. Both the owner and the rental company were amazing - great communication, immediate responses, no surprises. This is truly a gem on the island."

"A great choice!
This condo was great. A nice location right on the ocean's edge, with great view of the beach next door as well as the surfer/boogie boarders in the water. The owners and rental mgmt checked in with us after we arrived, to see if we needed anything. Lots of extra amenities that help make a vacation even easier: drying line for wet clothes, filtered water container in the frig, tupperware in the kitchen, all the beach gear you'd need: umbrella, chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards. The bed was very comfortable. There was AC in both the bedroom and the main area, but we only turned on the bedroom AC once. We left the patio doors open at night and that kept the place nice and comfortable. And sat out on the lanai every morning and night. Very happy with our stay - highly recommend. Thanks!"

"Hawaii trip
Great location with beautiful lanai where we watched whales spouting and breaching. Very clean and bed was comfortable. Coffee pot was only 5 cup so we had to make several pots each morning. There is only one lounge chair on the lanai, and the couch is very uncomfortable. But, overall it was a great trip."
