Absolutely amazing property! A one of a kind 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom property that is built to impress with gorgeous high end materials and is one of just seven properties in the quaint "Pu'uwai Ali'i" subdivision. The gated entrance, majestic surrounding trellises, and handsome motor court welcome visitors leading them past fragrant florals and waterfall cascade to a formal foyer and living room opening to expansive panoramic ocean views! Air Conditioning Installed in April 2023!

High open-beam ceilings include tropical louver windows ensuring fresh breezes and ventilation year-round, while Turkish travertine stone floors, marble counters and bathrooms offer a continuous aesthetic opening out to a lanai and large infinity pool while simultaneously adjoining each area of the estate beautifully.

The fully upgraded kitchen and room details are complemented by abundant natural light from skylights, large windows, and glass doors providing views of stunning native landscaping that includes: fresh pineapple, plumeria, papaya, avocado, and citrus trees.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Summer Vacay in Kona
We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Puuwai Alii Estate in Kona, Hawaii, and it was an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, we were enchanted by the beauty, luxury, and attention to detail that this vacation rental offered.

The first thing that struck us upon arrival was the stunning location. Perched on a hillside overlooking the ocean, the views from the estate were simply breathtaking.

The property itself was spacious and well-designed, providing plenty of room for our group to relax and enjoy ourselves. The interior was beautifully decorated with a blend of modern amenities and traditional Hawaiian charm. The living areas were comfortable and inviting, perfect for lounging after a day of exploring the island.

One of the highlights of this estate was the outdoor space. We spent many afternoons lounging by the pool, soaking in the sun, and taking in the panoramic ocean views. The outdoor dining area and grill were also fantastic additions, allowing us to have memorable al fresco meals while enjoying the tropical breeze.

The bedrooms were well-appointed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after long days of adventure. Waking up to the sound of birds and the gentle rustling of palm trees was a wonderful way to start each day.

The property management team at Kona Hawaii Rentals was professional and accommodating. They were responsive to our needs and provided excellent service from the booking process through check-out. We were also given helpful information about the local area, including recommendations for restaurants, activities, and must-visit attractions.

"Perfect private resort style accommodations on Hawaii
We enjoyed our time immensely at Puuwai Alii Estate. From the moment we walked through the door we were blown away. The pictures do not even do it justice. The house is peaceful and private but only a quick drive down the hill and you’re in the middle of everything Kona has to offer. The layout could not have been more perfect for our multi-generational multi-family trip with each individual suite secluded but connected. Every detail has been attended to, from luxurious amenities and finishes to the small thoughtful considerations of fine resort. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed and stores and farmers markets were very convenient. The outside spaces are an extension of the house with morning rainbows on the lanai, afternoon swims at sunset, and stargazing from the hot tub. The central location allowed us to spend our time exploring all the island has to offer. Day trips to Volcanoes National Park, over the saddle road to Hilo and Waimea, to multiple adventures spent exploring the beaches of the Kohala Coast. Snorkeling with the sea turtles and savoring the sunsets made for lifelong memories. Thank you for the amazing stay."

"Luxury Kona View Estate
What a beautiful home with an incredible backyard and view. Complete with infinity edge pool & hot tub. BBQ and outdoor bar/eating area made us want to stay all day. Lot of rooms for multiple families. You could even have a set of grandparents come with and stay in their own apartment over the garage. We loved vacationing in this home and will definitely come back again and again! "
