Kona Pacific A-206 is an incredible option for your Hawaii Vacation! Enjoy the Kona breezes from your lanai at this fantastic condo in Kailua-Kona. You’ll be treated to ocean views from your outdoor dining space, shared access to a community swimming pool and gas grill.

This wonderfully spacious condo has 829 interior square feet & an additional 200 square feet lanai! The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer in the unit and window AC in both the living area and the bedroom if needed. The primary bedroom has a King Sized bed, TV and an en-suite full bathroom. The living room has easy access the lanai and contains a full-size sofa sleeper and access to a full bathroom as well! 2 bathrooms in a 1 bedroom is incredibly rare, but an amazing feature!

Kona Pacific is located on the South edge of downtown Kailua Kona, just off of Ali'i Drive and an easy walk to Honl’s Beach. Conveniently located within walking distance to most downtown attractions, shopping, dining and the ocean, while still being quiet & peaceful to make your stay enjoyable. Kona Pacific offers a pool and barbecue area, multiple elevators, assigned parking (compact to mid-sized) and larger square footage of the living area in comparison to other complexes in Kona. The concrete building allows for more privacy within your condominium and the grounds are beautifully landscaped offering a quiet, peaceful, Hawai'i feeling.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

My wife and I visited the island with our 8 year old Grandson this property is perfect it’s extremely easy to get to with an elevator taking you nearly to the door it’s a beautiful rental with all the amenities needed and then some. The pool is beautiful and directly below the condo it was clean and spacious we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place on the island. Walking distance to nearly anything in the downtown area. I would suggest that you don’t have a large vehicle the designated parking space isn’t very large we had a convertible mustang and it was fine it’s a great place to stay "

We were very pleasantly surprised when we opened the door of the apartment for the first time. Very big, very clean just beautiful. "Nice Getaway
Very much enjoyed the condo for part of our stay on the Big Island! We did not receive the code for check-in in the e-mail, as was noted, and I was worried about receiving it as we checked in on a holiday, but after a few tries, I was able to get in touch with someone that provided the code to the condo. It was in great shape and clean and comfortable. Contact with the company was prompt (was looking for beach towels and they responded in a very timely manner). Right in the downtown area close to shopping and restaurants and Ali'i Drive provided nice scenery for my morning runs. Would recommend!"

"Best Stay Ever!!!
This unit was as advertised and had everything you could ask for. It was so well appointed. The loungers on the patio are a must and we used them every day. Although we turned them to face out so we could enjoy the view. The kitchen has wonderful appliances for every need. The blender got daily use... One recommendation, put your fresh discarded veg/fruit trimmings, coffee grounds and other smelly things into one of the big bowls with a lid, into the fridge, and you can eliminate the smell, as well as use a little “Aloha” for the island by lessening the number of garbage bags you use. The kingsize bed was awesome!! The owners have done this unit up as if they were there themselves. THANK YOU!! If there was anything we would say that we would change... just by putting all of the ‘extra’ glasses up into a higher place in the cupboards, so us short people have a place to put the dry goods. Otherwise, this place is a 5 star and we hope to be back. AND the management company, Knutson, were fabulous to deal with. Their communication and response was excellent."

"Summer in November
We stayed at Kona Pacific a few years ago and wanted to come back, but closer to the pool. This unit (A206) was a perfect fit. We were pleased with the cleanliness, and the unit had a lot of updates and conveniences. We were very comfortable there and maybe spent too much time inside, or at the pool.

The bed was something we both thought was a pleasure to sleep on; we both slept well! We would be comfortable recommending this unit to anyone, and will come back if future trips bring us to the big island!"
