Kahalu'u Bay Villas, Unit #103 is a gorgeous, private 1st floor condo at a Boutique Complex right Across the Street from Kona's Most Popular Snorkeling Beach, Kahalu'u.
Unit #103 has a fully equipped kitchen and all the rooms are spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. All of the Essential Appliances/Cookware: Cooktop, Oven, Fridge, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Dishes, Fully Stocked!

The living area is open & spacious, total of 883 interior square feet with a approximately 100 square foot Lanai.
You'll notice a comfortable Sleeper Sofa *sleeps 1 Adult or 2 kids*, In Door Dining, & Television in the Living Area for Entertainment.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

A very nice one-bedroom condo, very conveniently (two-minute walk) located to a great beach and easy access to good shopping and restaurants, while out of hustle and bustle. "Lovely unit with a great view
This comfortable one bedroom unit worked great for us. It was located directly across the street from our favorite snorkel beach. The unit was well outfitted with everything we needed especially the kitchen. We were missing a couple of items and mentioned it to the management company and they brought them right over. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable. It is showing its age a bit, but was very clean. Highly recommended. "

"A lovely vacation stay
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Kahalu'u Bay villas. The condominium was well stocked with all our cooking needs. The ocean view always took my breath away. The condo is clean and the bed was super comfortable. The location could not have been better for us. My wife and I like to swim and snorkel. Kahalu'u beach park is a few yards down the hill. We had an excellent vacation and would definitely visit this condo again. My only complaint is that the housekeeping team could've left a few more laundry and dishwashing pods and trash bags for a two week stay. "

"Clean convent location good price
5 minute walk to the beach. House was clean and in good condition and quite the pool was very nice. Parking was easy. Only a few miles from kona all our tours were close shopping center about a mile away. Highly recommend. "

"Great location
We enjoyed our stay here. If you want to be across from snorkeling and a beginner surf spot, it's great.

It is a quiet building seemingly with people who live and not vacation in it. The unit appliances are old and didn't function well. The laundry machine actually shredded a tank top. The unit is also managed by a company that does not respond to questions. They do the initial response, but not the follow up which gives you answers (ie: no response when I pointed out my ripped up tank top). The property is clean and maintained. Decent couch bed. Expect no extras left in the kitchen beyond the very basic (you'll need to buy toilet paper, condiments etc).

Pros: location (near grocery, safe, quiet), designated garage parking
Cons: older ie: appliances, big AC unit takes up half the balcony and is unpleasant

Recommend: I would do this location again if I wanted to be directly across from the Kahalu'u Beach. "

Over all our stay was a bit of a disappointment. The suite was old and run down. The living room floor was in poor condition, it squeaked at every step. The transition from the living room to the hall floor is a tripping hazard. The air conditioning compressor is mounted in such a way it made the

"Great stay at Kahaluu with view of and short access to the BeachP
We stay a Kahaluu Bay Villas #103, which lies at the oceanfront and everything provided you need included all beach and snorkel gear. The condo was very clean, very spacious and furnished with attention to detail. It was very calm and you could see sunset from the balcony. Early in the morning it‘s very nice to go for snorkeling in the Kahaluu Beach Park, because there are only a few people and you can see many fishes. If you are lucky may be a turtle. Kahaluu is only 5 Miles away from Kona, but very calm in this area of the famous Ali Drive. Nearby is the Kahaluu shopping center, where we looked a free beautiful Hulashow from a Hula dance school. Furthermore you have a excitingly sunsetview from the shopping center.
All in all, if we return to Kona, we would rent Bay Villa #103 again, especially Knutson & Associated Property Management was a very, very attentive manager and the whole process with Knutson was perfect."

"Perfect location
My family rented this condo in Sept 2022. We met the management company, who was very helpful answering questions and providing advice on where to go. The condo is located steps from a great snorkeling beach and we watched the sunset almost every evening. The pullout sofa in the living room really is comfortable for 1 adult, so I think it’s 3 people max. There are 3 old beach chairs, an old umbrella, and snorkeling gear. The management company may have newer equipment if you ask. All in all, we had a wonderful time and we would highly recommend this condo. "

"Good location, clean, A/C
Overall a nice rental for the price. A little dated (broken tile in the shower, worn out towels) but still clean. Parking was tight because there was a maintenance van parked in front our assigned spot everyday. The lanai was spacious and had a nice view of the sunset over the water. The pool was clean and landscaped. Within walking distance of a beach park, which gets very busy and can get loud. The AC was great to have. There was a strong, musty, urine-like smell in the bedroom, seemed to be coming from the closet. The bedroom windows face the hallway and the lights were bright, but thankfully there was a blackout curtain in the closet which we used. Also, if you plan to do laundry, know you can't leave the dryer running unattended per the owner's request, so you'll need to schedule that into your stay. Well-stocked, everything we needed was provided, and there's a grocery store a couple minutes away if you need anything. Otherwise, everything was good and we appreciatd the space and convenient location."

"Rudesill/Meyer stay
The condo was great, very clean and spacious with everything we needed. Also an excellent location. A few problems were the difficulty trying to use the TV’s (we gave up!) and not enough laundry soap or hangers. Also too many large floor fans that weren’t needed but we had no place to put them. It would be best to just take then out of the condo since there are ceiling fans and AC."

"Pretty location
We had a great stay at Kahaluu Bay. An easy walk down the street to superb snorkeling. Parking under cover is nice and the condo was sparkling clean.
The bed was comfortable and the new AC worked on warm afternoons to cool things down. Kitchen is well equipped, though I missed our toaster. Washer and dryer used mid-week was a bonus.
Would stay again, for another visit to Kona Coast."
