This newly decorated apartment is in a gated community with 24/7 security, includes 3 bedrooms; 2 share a bathroom and 1 master bedroom with an in-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed with luxury crisp, high-end linens. The other two, feature a king bed in one room and 2 twin beds in the other, both with huge closets. It’s perfect for a family or a group of friends. The kitchen is spacious and modern, with an island in the middle with seating, and is fully equipped with everything you may need. Please note however, that the apartment does not have a dishwasher; it does have an apartment size stackable washer and dryer in the laundry area, with a sink.

There is a TV in the comfortable and open shared living/dining room area facing the magnificent ocean view, the sliding doors lead to the open balcony. Also the apartment features A/C units in each room, to keep you and your guests comfortably cool.

Additionally, it’s stocked with cutlery as well as plates, bowls, and cups. You will find basics for cooking and seasoning such as: sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil.

Canta Mar is in Isabela. Isabela is a popular small beach town closed to amazing beaches. It has something for everyone if your goal is to relax and unwind. Middles beach & the popular Jobos beach, attract surfers, swimmers, and snorkelers. Shacks beach and Montones beach, on the other hand, surrounded by huge volcanic rocks is a natural “pool”, safe from the Atlantic currents. Also worth mentioning, you’ll find Villa Pesquera beach, with tranquil waters and typical food kiosks, nearby. You can’t miss the famous “Paseo Lineal of Isabela” which is a 4.5-mile cycling and jogging lane, that follows the amazing coastline.

CANCELLATIONS:

A 60 day Notice of Cancellation is required on all bookings to avoid any balance due charges. After the 60th day prior to check in, 20% of the booking is non-refundable but the remaining nights will be fully refunded. After the 30th day prior to check in, there are no refunds. In all cases the administration fee will not be refunded should the booking be cancelled for any reason.
For reservations that exceed 60 nights in duration, the booking may be cancelled after the reservation has begun by providing 60 day notice of intent to vacate the home. Any monies paid in advance for nights paid beyond the notice period will be fully refunded.
There is no refund for early departures, no shows,bad weather, late arrival or departures. Only the guest named on the rental agreement may cancel reservations and it must be in writing or via email. VL cannot refund any amount of your stay for circumstances outside of our control such as, Acts of God, severe weather conditions, failure of public utilities, mechanical or appliance failures, wifi failures, etc. No reservations may be changed or shortened under the same rules as stated above.

If there is a verified government restriction on travel from the guests’ origin of travel or the destination of travel, all booking amounts, including tax and fees may be moved to a new booking within 12 months at no charge.
In the event the home is unavailable because of property sale, fire, mandatory evacuation, eminent domain , holdover of prior guest or act of nature, or if the home is unavailable because of construction delays or because of lack of utilities, our Rental Agreement states that you agree that VL’s sole liability, as a result of any of these conditions, is a full refund of all payments received from you. You expressly acknowledge that in no event shall VL be held liable for any sequential or secondary damages, including but not limited to relocation or additional travel expenses or for any other loss.
Travel/Cancellation Insurance is HIGHLY recommended and is available for an additional cost. To minimize these charges, please notify us as soon as possible if there are any changes to your plans.
