One level up, on what can be called the main living space, you are greeted by wide plank floors, windows galore, and an abundance of natural light.  The spacious living area invites you to sit and stay in front of the fireplace or to take it all in from a plethora of comfy seating, to include two oversized window seats that are perfect for a good beach read with a view. Want to bring the outdoors in?  Simply open the fold back doors and create a brand new space overlooking the private pool and the gulf of Mexico. Adjacent to the living area is an open kitchen and dining room.  The kitchen has an array of features that will wow the team cook, and even inspire the novice. Here you will find a premium gas range flanked on either side with a separate fridge and freezer. Round the corner to access the beverage station, and a walk in pantry that has been staged for baking. When the Primary is ready to retire, they will do so in a beautifully decorated master parlor with king bed, soaking tub, dual vanities and a walk-in closet that offers a private work or dressing space. A large wrap around porch, laundry room and a half bath completes the main level.

The third floor houses the remaining bedrooms and includes a living area and yet another porch, this one screened. Apart from the bunk room itself, the living area provides 2 additional built-in twin bunk beds, while bedroom one has a separate sitting room that is suitable for the tiny traveler, as it can house a portable crib, or can simply be used as a reading nook. This floor includes a laundry room as well.

The Winston Lane Beach Access is just a short walk to the west, and the Wall Street Beach Access is a short jaunt to the east. These items are provided for your convenience, and are only intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours.

AIRPORT INFORMATION:

Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is located in Panama City Beach and is approximately 40 minutes from the home.

Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is located in Destin and is approximately 1.5 hours from the home.

When flying into the Santa Rosa Beach area, we highly recommend booking a car service (we can provide you with suggestions) as Uber/Lyft can be difficult to schedule in our area.
