CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Beginning October 27, 2025, Marine Surf will undergo a major exterior concrete repair and painting project. Expected to last approximately 6–12 months (weather & conditions permitting). For the duration of the project: (1) The pool will be closed, (2) Construction noise expected Mon–Fri, 8:30am–4:30pm, (3) Unit lanai will be closed and unavailable for use November 10–December 23, 2025. (4) Due to lanai work, unit AC will be removed December 1–23, 2025 (Exact construction dates subject to change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances. 20% rent discount/refund will be applied at Check-Out for applicable days of stay affected by lanai closure only, and 40% for any days affected by lack of AC & lanai.)

No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.
