From this incredible 24th floor viewpoint, you can marvel at the ocean reef and watch cruise ships pass! This clean contemporary air-conditioned one-bedroom suite is 533 sqft plus lanai with table and chairs. 4-person max.

The Waikiki Banyan is a favorite of repeat visitors with its host of amenities including a pool, hot tubs, BBQ area, and more. All this and just a short 2-block walk to beautiful Waikiki Beach, plus shops, restaurants, the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, and Kapiolani Park! Public transportation is readily available, with stops located right outside the building on Kuhio Avenue.

*BUILDING NOTE: Pool and hot tubs will be closed for annual inspection April 29–May 18, 2024. The entire recreation deck, including pool, hot tubs, and BBQ area, will be closed for extensive renovations beginning sometime in 2024 (anywhere between May–December). Timeframe subject to change.

PAYMENT METHODS: Payment is only accepted in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, and American Express credit cards.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A $300.00 USD Down Payment, applied toward the total balance, is required at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. For Daily Rentals, the balance payment is due 45 days prior to Check-In. For Monthly Rentals, the balance payment is due 60 days prior to Check-In. This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.

For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.

CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.

CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. "Condo rental for vacation/work
Overall, this condo suited our needs just fine as my family vacationed while I worked in the area. The location is great, within walking distance to all of the sights and restaurants in and around Waikiki. The neighbors were quiet, so it was peaceful. The AC worked well and there was a nice breeze from the trade winds during the day. The partial ocean view was great. The kitchen is adequately stocked for basic cooking/eating for 4 people. We left 3 additional beach chairs (2 are included and quite worn out) and 1 additional umbrella (1 provided in great condition) for families to use if renting this unit. The beds are a top mattress on a raised wooden platform and pretty firm. The bathtub edge is quite high, so you need to be limber when climbing in. It was nice that the sofa in the living room pulled out to make a queen bed and linens were provided in the closet. Captain Cook Real Estate and Byron, the property manager, were a breeze to work with. It is a great value for your money compared to the hotel market in Waikiki. "

"Clean and convenient
I love being able to be on vacation with a full kitchen. It makes the mornings so much more relaxed and enjoyable. Renting a condo at the Waikiki Banyan allowed us to do just that and be conveniently located walking distance from many attractions. I would definitely love to stay here again. "

"Nice condo
Clean condo, management company is great.
The kitchen had its basic amenities, but was lacking in storage containers, decent kitchen knives, etc.
Full size beds not too comfortable -- could definitely use a mattress topper, or something like that.

"Great stay, would stay there again!
My family of 4 enjoyed our stay. Nice expansive view over the pool and ocean in the distance. It was great having a kitchen and full size fridge to keep fruit, leftovers and drinks cold. Especially the drinks for use with the provided beach chairs. Kuhio Beach is a short 10 minute walk away. And after the beach it's great to take a dip the hot tub and pool. We got some good tips from other hot tub users. It's in a quieter area and not far to the busy areas, International Marketplace, Maui Brewing etc. Most fun experience was surfing the outrigger canoe from Big Wave Dave's. Something my kids and I will always remember."

"Great vacation property
We stayed at the Waikiki Banyan for our 4th visit to Waikiki. This time we stayed in suite 2410 tower 2 for two weeks at the end of August. The suite was perfect. It was very clean, cozy and had everything we needed including; beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and a parking spot which was very convenient. The beach and restaurants are just a short 5 minute walk. Everyone we dealt with thru Captain Cook were amazing and helpful. We would highly recommend this property and specifically this suite. "Great stay at the Waikiki Banyan
My sister and I stayed at #2410-T2 for two weeks in September. Room was clean and bright. The beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Really appreciated the Toto washlet. Spent several days enjoying the pool and hot tubs. The Banyan is reasonably well located. A very short walk to Waikiki Beach. I also really liked the coffee shop, Banyan Breeze. Friendly staff and good coffee/treats. As always, very pleasant dealing with Captain Cook rentals. Efficient and helpful. My only critiques would be 1) not very many electrical outlets in the unit and 2) unit needs more places to ‘hang’ things (such as wet towels). "

Property was clean, well stocked and comfortable ... and just a short walk to the beach. It's a solid 3 star property -- not right on Waikiki beach, but that was a plus for me. We stayed for a week during a construction time, but we did receive a discount because of it. Once the construction is done, it should be a great place for families.
