Ocean One is a fantastic facility with great location. Unit 207 is in excellent condition. The ONLY downside is you can not see the actual beach from the second floor. You have a great Ocean view but I prefer a higher floor to see the actual beach plus the ocean."

"Beautiful Condo
Since it rained most of the four nights we were there, we were glad we rented an oceanfront condo with a balcony. We could walk on the beach without far to walk back to the condo. We walked from the beach to the Tiki Hut one day for drinks and lunch while it rained. The resort grounds are pretty. Although we never visited the pool, it looked good. The master bath shower leaks unless you press the plastic divider strip down well. I had to ask for bath mats. We sat at the dining table only once as the seats and/or carpet have a nauseating odor, probably from wet feet and suits. Guests should respect others' property and take care of it. I would extend the ceramic floor from the kitchen to under the table. Rugs/carpet under dining tables are undesirable. The custom bedspread was lovely and matched the window treatments, but was nasty underneath and probably on the pattern top too. It is most likely the reason that there were hairs on the sheets when I flipped it back. I probably expect too much from a beach condo after staying in 5 star resorts. LOL. It was fine for the two of us. Thank you to the owner for renting it to people as I would not. "

"Ocean One 207
The view was fantastic. The condo had some issues. The bedroom closed kept coming off its rails, the handles on the dressers came off, a dirty wash cloth was left in the bathroom, the kitchen chair backs are loose, the living room cushions have no support and the king size fitted sheet did not fit the mattress. We are there for the beach and view but were disappointed in this particular condo."

"Hilton Head 2025--Ocean One 207
Outstanding. Ocean One was spotless. Everyday the staff cleaned and inspected the pool and areas around the facilities. Ocean One has wonderful view of ocean and is just a short walk to the private beach area on Coligny Beach. Next door to Ocean One is the TIKI HUT. You can get to it from the beach. Good drinks and food. Everyday there is live music from 11:00am to 10:00pm--usually 3 to 4 different bands.
It is conveniently located on Forest Beach. Short drives to everywhere. Only 20 minutes to Harbour Town on Sea Pines.
When we go back to HHI we will definetely look to rebook here. "

"A fall escape
We have been coming to Hilton Head for over 20 years, usually during the winter months. And, on most of those occasions, we have rented a condo at Ocean One. #207 was a comfortable, generally well-appointed 2-bedroom condo facing the ocean. However, maintenance work on the outside of the complex restricted our ability to use the decks during the majority of our stay. As my wife and I are both nearing 80, and have difficulty walking distances, having restricted access to the decks was unfortunate. Although Seashore made us aware of the work being done on the building, and did give a slight pricing discount, we were surprised by how restrictive this work on our use and enjoyment of the condo."

"Disappointing Rental
This is our 4th visit to Ocean One and we love everything about the complex and location. We were very disappointed in the condo. Although the living room and dining room furniture was updated the rest of the condo really needs some money put into it. Master bedroom bed is extremely uncomfortable and low to the ground. Master bathroom desperately needs to be updated. Comforters are old and need to be replaced.
Kitchen was the most disappointing- rugs were dirty. Kitchen was not stocked AT ALL! Everything was old, plates were chipped, pans need to be replaced. Putting some money into this place would really go a long way. We would not rent this unit again. "

"Ocean One 207
The facility itself is very nice and well kept however as for the Condo the toaster only toasts one side as one set of elements are broken, the dryer function select knob is broken and it is hard to tell which function you are selecting, the filtered water dispenser does not work, the bed pillows have no pillowcases and are dirty, the first bed in the second bedroom is not secured to the base and tips if sat on and the master bed is worn out, hard and very uncomfortable. "Birthday Getaway
Condo was in good condition. It was comfortable and clean. The only down side was that they we’re working on the building literally outside our bedroom window and that started at about 8:00AM. We were not told that this was happening when we booked the condominium. "

"Ocean One 207 - Roomy with Excellent View
Excellent location, direct ocean front view from balcony. Condo was very roomy. LR/DR furniture was nice. Quick/Easy walk to elevator, stairs, parking lot, beach, pool, restaurants & shops. Master bed mattress was old and hard. Pillows smelly, bedspread old and musty. Could not get master bedroom TV to work. Tile floors were not swept, had hairs on them."

"Nice family stay!
Overall we had a very nice, affordable vacation here! The view of the pool and ocean from the condo is wonderful, as is the short walk to both. Wi-if was great, very clean place. It def has an 80s vibe which is fun, however, with some updates this condo could be beautiful! Our only concern was the elevator, it nearly broke while we were on it and unfortunately the fam after us wasn’t so lucky. The jaws of life had to be used to get them out. I’m told this elevator is constantly in need of updates by the residents who live there. I hope it’s fully repaired soon. "

"Super fun vacation
Perfect location for our group of 3 adults and one teen. Condo is beautiful, very clean, and updated. Holiday Inn oceanfront is a few doors down and had great music in the afternoons which everyone enjoyed as we sat on the balcony. If you are traveling with small children there is a wonderful city park just across the street. Overall an A+"

"Perfect October Stay - 2021
Enjoy staying at HHI in October and as always Ocean One is the perfect location. Centrally located to various restaurants and grocery stores. Plus, the biking trail is conveniently located right out front! . . The only downside with Unit 207 is that the bedding mattress in the main bedroom needs (really needs) to be changed out due to being severely worn down!!"

"This place is great!
So glad we rented this place! I feel like we lucked out - everything about it was perfect: location (short walk to Coligny shops/restaurants), big condo which was clean and nicely decorated (sure the dining chairs are old school and the kitchen isnt updated but it's not worn) and SPACIOUS, quiet resort, and the view!! Amazing view of ocean (much closer than appears in pictures), and the pool. I would totally recommend renting this place, and I would recommend the Ocean One resort. And (Property Management) does a great job of sending emails and keeping you up to date. Will definitely rent from them again. "

"Best beach stay yet
We have had 3 beach vacations over the past few years at different beaches and this was our favorite rental. It was the biggest, had the best views, and was the cleanest and best stocked for our arrival. The complex was quiet and conveniently located. The only thing I would have liked to have been different was more people wearing masks in the elevators and stairways. We were among the vast minority despite the mask mandate in HHI. "
