"Perfect HH House
Cannot say enough good things about this rental property! For our group of 7 adults and 3 littles, the payout and accommodations met our every need. Added bonus was the downstairs and upstairs washer/dryer! The kitchen is fabulous- plenty of all the utensils and dishes you need yet uncluttered and organized. Tons of counter space, every kitchen appliance you can think of, and the walk-in pantry gave 3 families plenty of room to store our food. A couple of extra kitchen towels would have been appreciated (1 is provided). The water filter in the refrigerator was expired/needed changing so we had to purchase all of our water. Overall, the house was well-equipped, clean, and nothing was broken! The side den allowed early risers to enjoy their morning without disturbing those still sleeping. The salt-water pool was amazing and shaded for much of the day. We saw beautiful wildlife while poolside and even watched an Osprey enjoy his fish dinner high up in one of the pine trees! Easy, short walk to the beach was a bonus and the bike trail is right across the street. We will definitely be back!"

This was a true paradise for our vacation. The pool was wonderful and the house was so big and spacious it offered plenty of room for our family of 7. We found ourselves enjoying the screen porch every morning. The kitchen had everything you could need and more. It was so nice to have easy access to the beach. House and location are great. Property manager was easy to work with and very responsive. Only issue was the master bed. Bed hurt to the point I slept in upstairs bedroom. I would advise getting new box springs and invest in quality mattress for the master. That was only issue. Everything else was great."

"Well appointed, great outdoor space, and easy beach access
Great location, and a house that has everything you need. My family with a teenager and younger child stayed here for spring break. Check in process was all online with door codes to get in. Picking up the parking pass for Sea Pines was simple with a lockbox location that was on the way to the house, although it does seem like they could also send the pass voucher electronically to cut out that step.

The house layout is great: a large kitchen with all the utensils and gear you need to cook any meal, two different living room areas, including a desk with external monitor for a computer, and four nicely sized bedrooms. The basketball goal was a hit with the kids, along with the pool which we had heated. It was in the 60s most days and the pool heater kept up with the water at a comfortable temperature.

The beach is a little over a 5 minute walk away. The first time you walk the trail it is weird as you have to go across one golf fairway, but when you do it once to figure it out, it's easy.

There are a lot of nice amenities included with the house. Nearly every time we wondered if the house had something, like an air inflator for some pool toys we brought, or a beach cart, it was there.

One word of caution, the police aggressively patrol the road the house is on. The entire time we were there, they were pulling people over in front of the house all day, including someone in our party. The speed limit signs in the area are posted at 30 mph, but they were writing tickets for 25mph and we've had to hire an attorney to go to traffic court for us to dispute the difference.

Any time we come back to Hilton Head, we'll be renting here again though. I had hesitated to maybe get a condo closer to the beach instead of this house, but the house and its additional amenities was the best decision for sure."

"Marsh view close to beach in Sea Pines
We loved 157 N Sea Pines Drive. It was perfect for our family of 6 with 3 generations. The pool was awesome, the walk to the beach was about 7 minutes. The home was very clean and had everything you might need. Our only complaint was the checkin procedure which needed a stop to obtain the pass into Sea Pines. We paid for two cars, extra expense, and our cars came separately. Traffic on HH is HORRENDOUS! it was easier to pay the additional fee into Sea Pines for our second car rather than put them through the angst of going to the rental office. Maybe a small expense on top of the rental fee, but why not email passes beforehand?"

"Perfect Spot in HHI
The house and location made my first visit to Hilton Head a memorable and relaxing one. Great spot.. short walk to the beach, and enjoyed nice walks in the morning to either Harbortown or South Beach...each about 2.25 miles away. Pool was perfect size and depth, and a great place to hang out and cool off during the hot afternoons. Plenty of room for 7 adults. Ping pong in the garage, basketball hoop in the driveway. Would definitely recommend bike rentals and exploring the area-bike paths are everywhere, scenic and safe. Can't wait to come back."

"Great location and perfect house for large groups
We have stayed at several homes in Sea Pines and this was our favorite. We loved the pool / outdoor space as well as the multiple spaces for people to gather inside. We had a group of 10 and there was great space for us to be together, but also room to spread out. The house and kitchen are well-stocked with bikes, chairs, games, etc.
One note - the beach access involves walking on the golf cart path. I assume this is allowed, but it surprised me and makes it tricky to bike. But the walk is easy and the closest stretch of beach is very uncrowded / quiet which we loved. I do wish we had brought a cart for lugging our stuff."

"Beautiful Home and Beach
My family and I just got back from our Sea Pines vacation. The home was very spacious for our crew of 8 adults and 6 children. We loved everything about the house, but our only complaint would be the cleanliness of the pool. Not sure if the filter wasn't working properly, because even after the pool company came and cleaned it, it still was not super clean. We swam in it, but that's something that should be looked into. The house however had everything we needed and more. The beach was so beautiful, but it is a little bit of a hike with all the kids we had, plus everything that's need for a day at the beach. Overall, we loved our stay and will definitely be back."

"Relaxing getaway
We enjoyed our stay at this house. It has a great living space including a relaxing three seasons porch and a very good sized pool for our kids (ages 3-12). PROs: This house has a fully stocked kitchen & pantry - pretty much any appliance or pan/pot you could need! The pool area is fully stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, and pool toys. The house has two washer & dryer combos (up & downstairs), which worked well for having multiple families. One CON: We paid to have the pool heated to a consistent temperature and even with a tech out, the temperature was not up to temp for much of our cooler week. If you are coming during the warmer months, this will not be an issue!"

This house is very comfortable with a great layout. It is very close to the beach and easy to ride a bike to Harbortown. We have stayed here twice. Both times the pool heat did not work, which was a great disappointment, particularly since we have a child with autism who loves to swim. We did not get the greatest service to solve the pool problem, although our payments for pool heat were refunded."
