The pool and patio are your private oasis. An outdoor entertaining area with a custom grill, refrigerator, and fire pit will complete your day after returning from the beach. The beach is only a 3-minute bike ride or a short 8-minute walk. Additionally, enjoy dining and watching the sunset from the upper patio that overlooks the golf course and pool.
There are 2 master king suites with private en suite bathrooms, another king suite, and a fun, huge SAFARI room. The safari room is great for kids with 3 twin beds, a full bunk, and a trundle (sleeps 6).
The interior offers hardwood flooring throughout the first floor, soaring ceilings, spacious bedrooms, brand-new stainless steel appliances, and Botticini & Crema martial marble in the master suite bathrooms. All the bedrooms have new bedding and mattresses and are nicely separated, allowing for optimal privacy. Three bedrooms have desks and WiFi extenders making work or school from home ideal. This home is perfect for multiple families, couples, or a group of golfers. Plenty of seating for dining inside or on the deck, with the Sonos surrounds sound ready to be enjoyed in most rooms, as well as by the pool.
The beach, General Store, bike and kayak rentals, and Starbucks (Marriott lobby) are a short walk away, all less than 10 minutes. Only a few steps away from the 1st tee, you will enjoy having the largest backyard in Palmetto Dunes.
