Location, Location! This dog friendly home is only a seven minute walk to the beach and designed from the ground up to give the vacationer’s ways to make memories. Centrally located and on a quiet cul de sac, it is an easy bike ride to South Beach, the Harbor and golfing events. The memories start in this in the open living space which provides a relaxing place to plan your day or simply unwind under the ample natural light from the sprawling picture window with peaceful views in front of the fireplace and big screen TV.

A wide granite bar provides the perfect spot for entertaining or grabbing a bite to go, and opens to the dining room with a peaceful lagoon view. On the other side of the bar, the granite gives way to a spacious kitchen with large pantry, stainless appliances and dual ovens for special meals.
Hardwood and tile cover the floors throughout this updated home. The festive décor brings to mind the vibrant hues of the Caribbean. All of the spacious bedrooms have their own bathroom and plenty of storage and sunlight.

The deck which opens to the lagoon is perfect for grilling and socializing with friends and family after a day at the beach or golfing. As a bonus, this home has a garage which can house all your golfing, fishing and beach gear. Four beach chairs are provided as well as four bikes for exploring the island and nearby shops and restaurants in both South Beach and Harbor Town.

"Family Getaway
Very clean. Short walk to excellent beach. 6 people stayed and could not tell anyone else was there when we were all in our rooms. Table big enough for 8 and common area big enough for 6 or 8. Could sleep 8 with sleeper sofa. Beautiful big picture window was nice to stare out onto lagoon and relax. Back patio also nice to let the work melt away. Bike rental included was convenient. Will be returning for sure. Master bed to soft for us, guest queen was good and twins were hard but comfortable. Great neighbors and friendly streets surrounding. "

"Great place.....if you have pets
First the positive. The home was in a great location and the back porch was wonderful overlooking the canal. The grill was clean and worked so well that we decided to grill out for most of our meals. The house was roomy and decorated nicely.
My only issue- and it was a big one -was that the house smelled like wet dog. I vacuumed, disinfected and bought an air freshener which helped to mask the smell. . Also, there were stains on the carpet that looked as if they were probably pet stains. I didn’t call the rental company because I just figured that this is what you ge when you stay in a pet friendly rental. I will definitely watch for a pet free home in the future. "

"Ron & Pat McCloud 5 Cannon Row Sept 25 to Oct 4 2022
We have stayed at 5 Cannon Row several times in trhe past and always enjoyed staying there. We enjoyed staying there this time as well but decided to leave on Wed. Sept 28 due to impending hurricane. We are 80 years old and don't have much daring do left so we came home incase the storm took a direct hit. We. morning the storm track was forecasting a direct hit on Hilton Head so we are out of having a good time for 7 nights. No your fault and we are not complaining.
We like to cook most of our meals in the house. The MICROWAVE on the counter top is worn out and barely working. It doesn't heat well and many of the touch pad number buttons do not work. Cannot set power level and cannot set accurate cook times.
We pant to come over again later this fall and hope to stay at 5 Cannon Row so would be nice to have a microwave that worked correctly.

Thank you for helping us with our visits to Hilton Head over the years.

Was a 2 block walk to the beach, beach chairs and bikes included were nice to have. The location was central to everything. My only complaint is the dishes need updating and more options for when you do decide to eat in. "

"Great Rental, Location and Easy Rental Experience
Our rental experience was very easy, The property was very clean and the leasing agent was very responsive when we had difficulty with the television. The family room area is a little small, but the rest of the condo is very spacious. I might recommend updating the sofas in the family room because they are a little uncomfortable. The kitchen and dining areas are very spacious. Overall a great location and great rental. "

"Great vacation rental
We enjoyed our family vacation in Hilton Head and we were very happy with the rental house! Great open floor space and big kitchen for cooking meals. Loved the interior decorations and furnishings. "A tired home
5 Canon Row is in a great location, close to bike trails, an easy walk to the beach and has a wonderful view of the pond. It is a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. A great place to stay a week in the summer. For a longer stay, ours was 8 weeks in the winter, not so great. If you are going to be spending a lot of time in the house you will find that the furniture is uncomfortable and the mattresses are old. If you want to cook in, the kitchen is missing many common essential items."

"Great Location Sea Pines HHI
The rental was perfect for our family. Plenty of space to spread out and the location to the beach and restaurants/shops was excellent. Kitchen was spacious and well stocked so making meals was easy. Everything was perfect except one thing. It was obvious that there had recently been a cat(s) in the property. I was under the impression that this was a dog friendly rental - not cats. Our whole family is allergic to cats so it did make us uncomfortable with sneezy and itchy eyes. There was cat hair under the beds and on one of the couches so I'm not sure if the cleaning crew was rushed to clean between guests? Also, if cats are allowed at the property, that should be made very clear. We have stayed in HHI several times but this is the first time where we would rent the same house - it was that great - minus the cat issue. "

Nice property with short walk to beach. Inside of house was spotless with great view of pond. Outside of house needs some work but nothing that would lessen your stay. Including bicycles was a nice touch as well as allowing dogs. "

We enjoyed the house. It was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the small deck and watching the wildlife in and around the lagoon. Only problem was that the cable TV didn't work which didn't bother me...just my teenage daughter. Short distance to beach by bike and very easy. Would rent again"
