"First timer in Hilton Head
The location was great, very close to the beach and also to the shops in town for dining, grabbing groceries, ice cream and shopping. The layout of the condo could have been better. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were upstairs. The property was clean but needs some maintenance. Slider to the porch needs to be replaced, master bath sink drains slow, and knob on the tub falls off. "

"Good stay
We had a very nice stay. The location was excellent!! Loved the easy access to the beach. Appreciated the chairs that we could use for the beach. One of the bedrooms upstairs did not cool down much at all - only saw one vent for a/c and did not have good air flow. Other than that, our stay was great. "

"3 Ocean Club Villa
We loved the location...however the cleaning service did a very poor job. They are doing a disservice to the owners for sure. I don’t believe they ever wiped off the counters... Or even clean the floors. There were no linens for the fold out sofa bed the kitchen sink was filthy. I did have to clean prior to us using the facility... But once we were moved in, we had a fantastic vacation. I have to say that the mattresses in both bedrooms were very comfy that’s important the master bedroom was warm, compared to the rest of the house."

The unit at Ocean Club was comfortable and clean. The best part was the small size of the gated development. The pool was 5 steps from our patio and the beach was just a short walk down the private path. A really great spot."

"Everything I could have wanted!
Ocean Club 3 was perfect for our family! Great location, clean, easy access. The central air could easily freeze you out! Which was a bonus to us because last years vacation (in a different complex) left us with no a/c for 2 days in July! Ocean Club 3 was stocked well and roomy! We had zero issues with mosquitos throughout the complex! Maybe just a suggestion is a smaller patio set or extending the Brick patio. By one to two rows. We were constantly moving chairs around to go from pool to condo. But that is not a deal breaker! "

"Newly renovated townhome with a beautiful kitchen!
The townhome was beautifully updated with modern amenities. However, there was a strong smell that did not go away (similar to a mix of bug spray and wet dogs) on the first floor. In addition, you could see that the property hadn't been fully cleaned. There was dog hair hanging off of the bottom of the couches. "

"3 Ocean Club Villa - Unit 3 Review
Absolutely loved the location of this Villa. And would love to rent in 3 Ocean Club Villa again. We loved the people who either own or rent in this complex. However, not sure if I would rent unit 3 again especially since they are now asking $1,000 USD more per month. There are serious maintenance issues with this unit that the owners should take care of immediately.

1. Furnace is disgusting. It has not been maintained or serviced in years. Thanks goodness we did not need any heat or air conditioning.
2. Mold around all the main floor registers.
3. Mold around the bathtub (not ensuite). The mold was dripping onto the floor mat.
4. Plumbing for both bathtubs need to be replaced. We had to call maintenance as one of the taps fell off. Hot/Cold are reversed in one of the bathtubs. We also asked for bath mats. The steel tubs are extremely slippery.
5. We had to call the cleaners to come back and vacuum the couch. Covered in dog hair. The living room rug and throw pillows were covered in dog hair. The 2nd bedroom where there are two beds, under the beds was a carpet of dog hair. (didn't notice until last day) And I would find fluffs of dog hair throughout the unit.
6. Fridge needs servicing or replaced. Freezer made ice but turned into a huge block of ice. Water is dripping in the fridge and freezing on food items.
7. Sliding screen door needs repair or replaced. Constantly coming off the track. Difficult to open or close.
I have photos of all these issues. "

"Great location!
You can't be the location of this home! The private entrance to the beach is footsteps away and very convenient. The community pool was just outside our door. The home is conveniently located and close to Coligny Plaza and everything you could need.

The home itself was light and airy. The bathrooms and kitchen are a little dated and the appliances definitely need to be updated.

Plan on bringing most of what you need for the kitchen as it is not very well equipped aside from the basics - we borrowed a lot from our friends who were also staying in the complex.

The master bedroom gets very warm even when the ac is turned low and the ceiling fan running, so a fan would not be a bad thing to bring, too.

There are many nicer units in the complex, so shop around."

Perfect location. Convenient to beach. Convenient to pool. Convenient to Coligny. Convenient to Sea Pines. Just a great overall stay for our family vacation. This unit was clean and had a great location by the pool and close to the path to the beach. A window was stuck open when we arrived and maintenance was sent over promptly. We could only find 1 beach chair (description said 4 were included with the rental) and the rental agency never got back to us about this despite 2 emails sent. Unit could use a few updates (like a new shower head in the master bathroom & some new pillows for the beds), but overall it is a nice place for a family. "

"Very cute little beach rental!
We enjoyed a 3 night stay in 3 Ocean Club Villas in September to celebrate my son's 3rd birthday. The condo is decorated very cute and was clean. There were several dishes that were not clean, however the dishwasher was easy to use and we were able to clean them ourselves. There were a few damages to the condo that were obviously from a pet that had stayed previously and the fact that pets had clearly been there in the past, my husband's allergies acted up while we were there. It is just a short walk to the beach and was located right by the pool. We would definitely stay here again."

Condo was nice. Dryer squeaks really loud and coffee maker takes 30 min BUT great little place. My issue was that we were not informed about the pool being closed when we booked. Contacted rental company many times, they were 'checking on it'. No response, and no consideration for the lack of advertising this fact. Big Bummer to the vaca to not have a pool. Would not have booked if I had known."

"Unit 3
Overall, the rental was fine. Great location. It is need of a deep cleaning and unfortunately there was quite a lot of mold in the master bedroom along with a large stain on carpet. The location was great. The condo was not very clean. Advertised no pets but when we got in the condo there was pet hair on the furniture and floor. We were not very happy about that. Feel that was false advertising. One of the closets had black mold in it. Tried contacting property manager several times with no reply. "

"Family Vacation
Overall, we had a great time here. The villa was exactly what we expected, however I will say the rental company does not answer the phone.
