"Happy repeat renter
The unit was exactly as pictured and described. This was our second time staying at an Ocean Breeze property. This unit was very nice, clean and well maintained as was the other unit we stayed at back in the summertime. We appreciate having all the kitchen essentials & full size appliances . Really liked the convenience of using the bikes that come with the units, makes getting around more enjoyable. And especially grateful that we’re able to bring &vacation with our beloved family dogs at Ocean Breeze properties! Location is great, can easily get to beach access and shopping at Coligny Plaza. Can’t wait to come back again in 2026!"

"Good rental with good location
Good rental. I would stay there again. Just 2 minor things. One is the requirement to have to take out the trash considering that there is a cleaning fee charged to the rental. Master bedroom mattress needs to be upgraded to a queen size and newer. Otherwise really good unit with good location. "

"Great Vacation Getaway
We loved our long weekend at 48 Ocean Breeze. The unit was spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed and then some! The beach chairs/wagon were great and we took advantage of having the bikes. We did contact the management company about one minor thing and they were super responsive. If you need a large/sturdy umbrella I would suggest renting that, there is one in the unit but it isn't great if it is a bit windy. Perfect time on Hilton Head. "

"Just Fine
Let’s start with the positives. This unit was in a great location - easy walk to the beach, easy bike to different restaurants, Coligny plaza, movie theater, grocery store, etc. The pool was also nice to have right in the backyard, allowing us easy access to come and go as we please. The unit came with a great amount of cleaning supplies, some cooking spices, and beach amenities (chairs, wagon, etc.). On to the negatives: the house was not very clean when we arrived. Spiderwebs and bugs inside by the door, crumbs on the floor in the kitchen, pet hair on the couch, marks up and down the walls, grime on the doors and baseboards. We cleaned a lot just to begin our stay which was a disappointing start to the vacation. The front and back patios were not clean - leaf and yard debris were scattered throughout. The central air exhaust in the main room was visibly filthy and unfortunately we could not get up to the ceiling to clean it. The duct work probably needs a cleaning. "

"Beach Fun
I really enjoyed my rental experience with my family. The place was clean and inviting. There was a pool directly behind us but it didn’t cause noise issues honestly. We also didn’t go to the pool because we spent most of our time at the beach and on the bicycles. Once we got to the location, I pretty much parked my car for three days and used the bicycles. That was a nice inclusion to the property. Bikes only took 5-10 min to the beach or other locations. I didn’t have any contact with staff outside of people coming to clean the last day. While I wish they didn’t show up at 0915a when checkout is at 1000a (anxiety and all) I do understand a bit. The young ladies waited patiently for us to exit though. Overall i would definitely return to this location. The only thing I could recommend for the property is possibly a dog park nearby or if there is one... directions to it. "

"48 Ocean Breeze Rental
We had a great 3 weeks at 48 Ocean Breeze. The unit was clean, well equipped, well located in walking distance to Alder and Colligny beaches. Would have happily booked again for next year but the unit was already bookes."

"A great getaway
We had a great week at this condo! The location is just a 10 minute walk from the ocean. If you prefer a pool, there is a pool just out the back door. This is a quiet neighborhood and we couldn’t hear the neighbors. The condo is well stocked with plenty of kitchen items if you decide to stay in and cook. We would certainly stay here again."

"Wonderful Week in Hilton Head!
My family of four and our dog enjoyed a lovely stay at 48 Ocean Breeze. The villa was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with clean towels, kitchen items, and beach supplies. There was plenty of space for all. The location was perfect- a short walk or bike ride to the beach, close to shopping and restaurants, and the community pool is right out the back door. It was so nice to have 4 bikes available which my family used every day! The only small problem, was that our grill was not working. Management responded promptly and brought a replacement grill the following day. "

"Hilton head beach walk
The house was plenty big enough and was as described. The living room is very small and very odd shape making 1/3 of it unusable. The entire downstairs was awkward and felt claustrophobic.
The home appears clean when we walked in, however, the doorknobs, doors, kitchen cabinets, various walls and baseboards were not clean. They were grimy and dusty -obviously the cleaning team is not ‘deep cleaning’ nor are they washing light switches, doors, cabinets or knobs.
The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Toilets, tubs and linens were clean. The beds had nice linens and were clean and comfortable. There was plenty of closet space.
Under the stairs was a huge closet full of beach items, which was nice.
The pool is very close and we enjoyed using it.
Parking leaves something to be desired. No places are marked with unit numbers but several people complained to us saying we were “in their spot”. We politely moved our cars, but if they were marked, it would be much easier and less stressful.
The walk to the beach is quite a bit longer than it appears from looking at the map. It takes a good 15-20 minutes to walk to the beach - public access. The beach was lovely! Easy access and bathrooms!
Overall the house was fine. We did have one small problem but the property manager took care of it right away and answered his phone every time I called him. "

"Great location!
We had a wonderful time at HHI. The house was more than adequate for the two of us plus two dogs. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. It’s a short bike ride to Coligny Circle/Shopping Center and the Alder beach access. We very much appreciated and enjoyed the stay. In fact, we are looking to return in January 2023. If not to this property, then one and the same vicinity that allows dogs. "

"Opportunity for improvement
We stayed here and the master bedroom bed, was not in a good state. It had us caving toward the middle and needs to be switched out. It was not the best sleeping experience.
The unit was dirty upon arrival and other past guest socks were found under the tv.
The location was great, but we will pass on this unit next time. "

"Great family vacation
The property was as described. Our choices were somewhat limited due to having our dog with us. We rode bikes to the beach (5-10) minutes, walked (10-15 minutes), or one of us dropped the others off. We appreciated the bikes (2 of the 4 worked well), the 4 beach chairs, and most importantly, the rolling cart to lug everything to the beach. The twin mattresses need replaced, the sleeper sofa is your typical uncomfortable sleeper sofa, and the carpets could use a good cleaning. The backyard pool was nice but too hot to enjoy (it was August and the weather was very hot and humid.) Watch out for cabinet wall that juts out when you enter the kitchen...had a couple bumped heads on that. The rental company quickly brought a toaster and sheets for the sofa bed when requested. Watch out for the jelly fish in August...apparently they migrate to warmer water in Aug/Sept. highly recommend a sunset cruise."

"Peaceful Getaway
My two girlfriends and I spent 4 wonderful nights here. This place had everything we could want- so much space, the pool right outside the back door, and the bicycles were such an added bonus! We would definitely return here."

"Great location, bike ride to everything, including the beach
The rental is exactly as described, the pool is literally in your backyard, and it was clean and very well stocked upon arrival. Easy rental process. Treetops is a large complex, and it was a little hard to find, and the only complaint I have is the parking is terrible. I have a large SUV, and could barely get into and out of the parking spots, they are so close together. The bikes were great, this villa is in the very back of the complex, so when they say it takes 5 minutes to bike ride to the beach, thats not true, it takes a few minutes just to get to the front of the complex, then your several blocks to the beach via bikes, going into the Coligny Beach access. I would say a 10 minute bike ride from villa to beach. Coligny Plaza has everything, shops, grocery store, restaurants, ice cream places, we really didn't get in our car unless we went to Harbor Town, which is only 3 miles away. We love Hilton Head, and can't wait to visit again. I would recommend this villa."

"Great Time in HHI
This rental could use some upgrades - master bedroom mattress (something higher than 7" and firmer). Had problems with TV - wouldn't work at night. Property manager came several times to try and fix the problem but required service from Hargray to fix. Found out later the property owner was on site at another of her rentals in the complex and was aware of the problem - could have used her to help facilitate service and fix before the day we were leaving. Should consider larger TVs in the bedrooms (very small - look like monitor screens). Unit was clean and location was good. "

"Great Townhouse Rental & Close to Beaches
Townhouse was really nice, cozy. Disappointed not much grass on property for the dogs. Mattress a bit hard, but other than that it was a really nice place.
Decorated in a beachy decor made it feel homey."

GOOD - Great location, pool was close & clean, 2 bdrm w/kitchen just what we were looking for! BAD - carpet needs changed & privacy blind improved! The worst thing was that many pots, pans, dishes & utensils had been put away NOT washed after use - inexcusible!"

"Trip
Condo was nice distance to beach. Grounds nice. Very close to each other when sitting on deck. Our rental needed a little TLC. Carpeting needs cleaning or replacement. Beds not to comfortable. Over all fairly clean except showers. They were disgusting. Full of soap scum and shower head were terrible. In the room with the twin beds, one bed had no mattress pad or fitted sheet just a flat sheet thrown on it. The bedspread was very dirty I had to wash it. Not a bad place but needs to update furniture, kitchen amenities and beds."

"July Family Vacation
Our stay was just ok.
Negatives:
1. We had 5 people, but were initial only given enough towels and bedding for 4 people. I had to call management a couple of times before we received the 5th person's setup.
2. It was very difficult to find the 4 bikes that were included with our stay. I had to call management a couple of times. In addition, the bikes were garbage and not in good shape.
3. Most of the dishes were dirty and had old food crusted on them. Dish washer was gross and in poor condition.
Positives
1. Outside of the dishes and dishwasher, the place was very clean and comfortable
2. Management was available when I called and handle our issues.
3. Great location and was easy to walk/bike to the beach
4. Beach chairs and wagon were in good condition and was nice to have.
5.Air conditioner worked great! :)"
