"Wonderful Vacation
Wonderful place that is totally updated and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. It has a nice back patio with table/chairs with the pool entrance only a few steps from the patio. On the front patio there is a Storage box that contains new beach chairs and a wagon for use and a bike rack if you bring/rent bikes. We Rented Bikes from the place in front of Holiday Inn Express. Walking distance to the beach and Coligny Plaza (figured out a short cut by walking past the pool to the other side of the complex - turn left at the parking lot and then right at the entrance). We will definitely book this place again."

"Nice condo but update bike details.
The condo has great space and was located very close to the beach and the even closer to the amazing playground. We were expecting bikes from the pictures and email that mentioned the bike code and confirmed they were there. Once we got there and called to confirm how to get the bikes, we were told they haven’t been there for a year. Then it was too complicated to sort out rentals during our stay and we missed this part of the trip.

We also needed to get and run a bleach cycle on the washer to remove the string mildew smell. "

"Spacious condo worth visiting again and again
We have stayed at several condos at HHI in recent years through our timeshare. This year we went through and came up with a real gem--our new favorite place to stay at HHI. Loved the location...quiet, but just a short walk from the beach and Coligny Plaza. The condo was perfect for our group of five adults--private sleeping/bath accommodations, a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of "family" space, and a nice, private outdoor space to enjoy. The condo was in sparkling condition when we arrived, and everything was in good working order. We also greatly appreciated the portable beach chairs, the wagon to transport them, and the bicycles. Our only complaint was how quickly our week passed by. We highly recommend Beach Club Villas and hope to return sometime soon. "

We had a wondertime time at this remodeled villa in Hilton Head. The location was close to the beach and since there were bikes and chairs there it was easy to get to. Super clean place and we enjoyed the patio area as well. "

Nicely updated property. Appreciated the bikes that were included with the rental. Only about a 10 minute walk to the beach. HVAC unit is loud at times, but is a newer unit that keeps house comfortable. Pool was nice, but it would be nice to see the community put some efforts in updating the pool. Overall nice stay. "

Great experience at fully renovated unit including new appliances and bathrooms! Steps away from pool. Nice to have 4 bikes & beach chairs provided. Two drawbacks... there is an HVAC unit off the kitchen that is loud. It shuts on and off throughout the day and only mini blinds as a barrier, no door?! Also, the general outdoor maintenance needs improvement. Sticks and leaves everywhere. It was a great visit despite crowds. "

Condo was clean and well maintained. Location was walking distance from the beach and Coligny. Pool was also nice and usually not very busy. Would stay again. Highly recommend.

There did sound as if there was a water leak coming from the upstairs shower. I contacted the rental management company to report and have not heard back. "

"Nice property.
My only disappointment with our stay at this newly decorated and remodeled unit was the cleaning company. They had not finished cleaning when we arrived, shortly after 4PM, which is the check in time. When they finally left I still was not happy with the cleanliness of the unit. Some of furniture had not been dusted, the floors had not been cleaned underneath the furniture and I found some used waxing strips in various drawers throughout the unit. The living room furniture had a bunch of food, dirt and sand underneath the cushions.

Now, the unit itself was nice. The beach wagon, umbrella and chairs were very handy. The beds were good and the kitchen and supplies were all very nice. The refrigerator icemaker and water dispenser were not working, I notified the property manager.

One suggestion I have for the property owner is to provide guest with a booklet with local information. Where to throw away trash, how to get to the beach, menus for local restaurants, recommendations of where to eat, shop, bike rentals, etc. I live less than 4 hours away and visit Hilton Head with my immediate family as well as with our extended families. I know alot about the area but maybe not everyone is as familiar with the area as we were. Some of the best homes we have rented over the years are the ones where the owners have made the "extra" effort to make your vacation, easy, enjoyable and easily accessible.

While the Pool rules are posted on the gate and in the pool area, the other guests do not abide by them. We saw guest not only consuming alcohol but in glass bottles and "in" the pool with it. This made us choose our timing more carefully.

However, with all that we still enjoyed this property, its location and amenities. I did go out to walmart to buy a small vacuum and a swiffer floor cleaner. we loved the tile floors but you can feel all the dirt/sand that gets tracked in from the beach/pool even though we used the hose to rinse off before "
