Walk over to the new Beach Club for lunchtime drinks, snacks or a meal, and then after a day of
sun and fun stroll over to the Plantation Golf Club for fine restaurant dining at the Live Oak,
which offers low country-inspired cuisine.

Convenience is the name of the game for this Plantation Club Villa. While 4 bikes are included
with rental of the villa, South Beach Bike Rentals will easily bring you a few more if you need
them and there is immediate access to the miles of bike trails. Enjoy yourself at the pool – go out
the front door and just walk across the parking lot. And there's a trolley stop over at the
Plantation Golf Club that gives you ready transportation to South Beach and Harbour Town and
all points in between. Don't worry about parking - leave your car at the villa and ride the red
trolley down to Harbour Town to climb the lighthouse and go for a sunset cruise.

Our villa is a 1,700 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse that can comfortably
accommodate 6 guests. Included in the renovation is new furniture and appliances, high
definition TVs and high speed Wi-Fi internet service. The main floor includes spacious living
and dining rooms leading to the rear patio and grill, fully equipped kitchen, guest bathroom and
laundry room. There are three large bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed,
TV, master bath and balcony overlooking the golf course. The second bedroom has a king size
bed, TV and full bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds, TV and full bath.

For those who are attending an event at the Plantation Golf Club, there can be no more
convenient location than right here. The villa is ideal for a 3-min walk to the proceedings in the
Golf Club and it leaves your spouse and children a wonderful place to amuse themselves at the
pool, the nature preserve or the Lawton Stables Animal Farm.

Sea Pines Plantation, the center of visitor activities on the island, offers championship golf
courses and tennis courts, miles of walking and bike paths, a 600 acre nature preserve, an
equestrian stable and beautiful beaches. Plantation Club Villas are conveniently located in the
center of Sea Pines close to Harbour Town and the beach. It is a short ride to Harbour Town's
scenic Yacht Basin with its signature lighthouse, restaurants, shops and live entertainment.
