"Plantation vacation
This was one of our favorite places we have rented in Hilton Head. We enjoyed the view and being close to the ocean. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.
In fact, we were disappointed it wasn’t available for next year!"

Overall, had a good experience being in the Sea Pines area. Enjoyed biking trails for both biking and walking. Unit was clean, modest cooking utensils, master bed comfortable, and a nice view of the golf course.
Only one of 4 beach chairs was usable, living furniture somewhat uncomfortable, and TV operating instructions were wrong. Rented different bikes than those provided due to poor condition of them.
Need to have onsite recycling, although can recycle on Weds and Sat mornings at Sea Pines Plaza."

"The best property in Hilton Head!
We visit Hilton Head twice a year for 6-8 weeks at a time and stay in various rental properties through Island Rentals. While all of the properties that we have stayed at have been very satisfactory , this property was by far our absolute favorite. The location was superb, great view of the golf course, so close to the ocean, and the beach club. The property itself was clean and well supplied- nice, comfortable furnishings. We would stay at this location every year if we could! Island Rentals is by far the best agency to rent through- good pricing, great selection of properties, attentive maintenance staff, plus 4 bikes are included in the price! We have been very pleased with Island Rentals and specifically this property and of course have recommended it to many of our friends!"

The location and the size of this villa was perfect! Close to the beach, and close to grocery and shopping. Also, a couple of restaurants were within walking distance. Kitchen was well equipped except for lids for pots and pans, and utensils. Everything else was great!"

We love HHI anytime! Live in Connecticut and winter gets old fast. This unit has a terrific location, is very clean etc. Daily walks are easy to the beach or through a lovely golf course right out your back door. "

"Absolutely fabulous rental for our family vacation!!!
We had such a great vacation staying in this rental. The view of the golf course was beautiful. It was picture perfect! The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed to cook our meals (who am I kidding? I was on vacation...we ate out most meals!). We did cook a couple times :). The unit was clean and had a good starter kit of cleaning supplies. The beds were very comfortable. My suggestions would be to have updated furniture in the Guest Room with the king bed and the living room furniture. The dresser drawers were tough to open and close and the couch and chairs were not very comfy. It's nice to be able to lounge around in the evenings after being out all day but we weren't able to do that with the uncomfortable wicker chairs. The location was ideal! It was a short walk to the Beach Club, short drive to Harbortown and also to South Beach Marina. Overall, I would definitely choose this unit to stay in again."

"Outstanding Views and Cozy Accommodations!
We really enjoyed our stay at 423 Plantation. The golf course views from the back of the condo were amazing with ceiling to floor windows and the natural light coming in were amazing! The bedrooms were all satisfactory, however a blow dryer would have been nice!! The carpeting was pretty dirty, but that comes with weekly rentals when guests don't treat their accommodations like their home. The kitchen was well appointed and clean and up to date. We loved our time there and the dining table holds many memories of family meals and playing games. Thank you for the new grill as it was nice to grill out one of our days there! We definitely will be back! "

"Villa Stay
This is our fourth year staying at this property. Four years ago, when newly remodeled, it was immaculate but it could definitely use a very deep clean. Furniture/pillows and main living space could also be replaced. I agree with the other review that management may want to take a peek inside unit if it hasn't been used in a few weeks. We had a few dead bugs and loads of dust upon our arrival. I would recommend a deep clean at least once a month. For the number of people coming and going you want to make sure your property stays up to par. Otherwise, it is a beautiful condo in a great location. "

We booked this place as an alternative to South of France vacation that was cancelled due to COVID. We did not expect to enjoy it as much. The location was perfect, you can walk to lot to the beach, and once we found the bikes we did not use our car at all. We will be back "

"Nice place to stay in Sea Pines.
Overall a very nice place and we certainly would stay again. Location is great - beach and Beach Club were a ten minute walk. Golf and restaurant was next door. Great view from deck. Having bikes included was a plus. Central location in Sea Pines allowed easy walking and biking.
Only downsides was condition when we arrived. Management needs to do a precheck especially when unit has been vacant for weeks. Maintenance responded quickly to a problem and fixed it right away."

Great location, nice fixtures in unit. We previously stayed in this unit & enjoyed it as it is near our friends condos. However, the cleanliness of the unit this year was not up to par. Unit was not cleaned thoroughly, dead bugs, cobwebs, behind beds were not dusted etc. also the beach chairs, are probably due for a thorough wash or replacement as they were pretty gross so we bought others to use. For the price of this condo vs others I was expecting it to be in better shape upon arrival. "

"Great view and comfortable space.
We were only here 4 nights, but it was a great condo. If I had any suggestions, they would include: Provide more than 1 dish towel and dish cloth. The master bed could be replaced...squeaked whenever you got on it. More information relative to the area and trolley, etc. could have been helpful. The pages in the binder were empty when it came to this information. The patio was gorgeous and we enjoyed watching the golfers go by. All in all, a great place to stay/"

We had a very nice stay at 423 Plantation Club in March. The location is exceptional and the accommodations are very good. Only recommendation would be to change out the outdoor furniture cushions every year. The cushions were very bad - dirty and torn. Other than that we are happy with our stay. "

We have rented other homes on Sea Pines and the location of this one has been the best, hands down! Wonderful villa with ample space for our family of 5. Must add convenient having bikes provided, in great condition, and ready to use was great. South Beach Bike rental was fantastic to work with! Rental company was quick to respond prior to arrival (did not need anything once there).
Will definitely be back!!"

"A review meant to help
We arrived and began to unpack. It was a long travel day so our children actually went straight to their rooms to take naps. As my husband and I were unpacking, one of our daughters came into our room and announced that there were crumbs in her bed. I go to inspect and sure enough, crumbs. I look in the bathroom and there is a soap still in the shower. The room had NOT been cleaned. Merely the bed had been made. My gross alarm went off and we literally stripped every bed, washed comforters, cleaned the bathrooms and vacummed the whole place. The sofa cushions hadnt been cleaned beneath because there were considerable crumbs, a fork and food wrappers left behind. Who knows what had been cleaned and what had not. When we opened the washer to use it, there were wet towels in there. The dishwasher had dishes in it still. I will say though, the vacuum, though a very old Orech, was powerful and a relief. I was thanking God for that small favor. Helpful hints to the owners: Create a standard for the expectation for the flipping of this rental. If there is one already, maybe re-visit it. The people who are the contacts for managing it are very nice but I'm certain they are not the ones cleaning it. This is a pretty significant detail to have go wrong. Even though the one room and the sofa may have been the only things the cleaning co. missed, it made us feel "unsure" about the rest so we ended up cleaning on our first day of vacation to enjoy the rental. Not ideal. It all worked out and we ultimately enjoyed our 2 week stay but attention to such details as completing the cleaning process is pretty important. "

"423 Plantation Club Villa
The villa was lovely and very spacious. We enjoyed having separate private bathrooms with every room in addition to the 1/2 bath downstairs.
I got somewhat frustrated with the rental agent because they never answered the phone prior to our stay when I called and were very slow to return messages and answer questions. However, during our stay I called them twice and they answered right away so I just wish they would have been as responsive before our visit while trying to make arrangements for our trip. I also go the same information attached in different emails so it was almost as though they had forgotten they sent it and then I got this invite for an app which I emailed about and never got a response either. Overall, the unit was nice but not sure I would use this leasing company again. "

"Wonderful retreat

"Stone Family get away
Over all, a good conveniently located condo. The mattresses were subpar and the shower curtain in the main bath was broken but overall a good unit. Fix the shower sliding glass door and replace all the mattresses and you have a good unit. "
