"Family Vacation to HHI
This vacation rental has everything you need. The house is located on a quiet street and the pool was very private. The house was clean and comfortable. The owner provides bikes and beach chairs, the ride to the beach was an easy 5 minute trip. We would definitely recommend this home."

"Perfect Beach Gettaway
We have rented this home multiple times and it is perfect for our family & friends group of 8. It comes with six bikes and a few chairs/beach toys, so you don't have to bring a lot of extra bulky items. The pool is ideal for younger kids after the beach and at night. The screened in porch is also great to hang out on at night and easily can watch kids while watching football or just hanging at the table. We will rent here again!"

"Lovely home
Great house, well stocked, nice-sized rooms, updated kitchen. Lovely pool , which we all enjoyed tremendously. A bit of a walk to get to the beach, almost 15 minutes but going by bike helped a lot. We brought our own bikes and beach chairs but the owners provided them as well. Probably our 8th vacation in HH and this was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in."

"A Great place to take a family for vacation get away!
Our experience was wonderful our 1st time to Hilton head our stay in sea pines rental area was excellent! The house was clean we had plenty of room for 3 adults and three kids! They loved the bunk beds! The kids loved the pool! Everything we needed was within a 15 minute drive! Dinning! Ocean! Things to do for kids and adults! Had one issue and property management Team came and corrected in very timely manner! Would stay there agin! Going find to find a place right on beach next with s help!"

"Perfect place at the perfect spot
My wife and I are frequent visitors to HHI and this place has been our favorite to date. The entirely private backyard is incredible and the house has a very cozy feel while still providing more than enough space for both of us to work remotely in our own spaces. With no kids and no pets, we are often described as organizationally OCD so I was surprised to see a couple reviews mention cleanliness as an issue, because this place is superb, perfectly clean, very well maintained, all amenities, appliances, plumbing, and electronics worked flawlessly. Already looking forward to our next visit to 11 Deer Run Ln."

"Long weekend retreat
Very relaxing. Close to tennis courts and beach. Enjoyed private pool after tennis and the beach. Very close to bike path, which was easy to navigate to Harbor town, South Beach, and to Sea Pines Beach Club. Would stay at this location in future visits."

"Great Place to Relax
Single level property in Sea Pines. Off busy road but quick access to walking paths throughout. Screened in porch was really nice. Property was clean and well kept. Had everything we needed. House backs up to nice wooded area and shrubs offered privacy on both sides of home. Pool was clean but a little cool for this time of year but after a hot day of walking, it felt nice. Close to everything we wanted to do. We did not have any issues during out stay. "

"Four 60 & 70 y/o stay in Heritage Woods
Lovely home with ranch floor plan & no stairs; was excellent for 4 older adult family members to get away for a great vacation in Sea Pines on HHI. The home & kitchen had everything available that we needed during our stay. The bedrooms & baths were great! The bike paths were accessible nearby. The private pool was wonderful; but we had to report to IRHH that the pool cleaning unit was missing and not in the bottom of the pool as expected. We were told it would be reported to the pool maintenance company. We thought that the pool needed a chemical shock as the side walls were green when we arrived—but when pool maintenance arrived he said he had just cleaned the pool side walls last Saturday. You might want to check on pool maintenance more frequently. Overall, our rental property was satisfactory for our needs. The screened-in patio was wonderful for outdoor meals; however, the flooring could have been cleaner. The beaches were lovely; the only thing is that we would have liked to be closer in walking distance to the beaches. We also reported to IRHH that the patio umbrella would not open; and it was immediately replaced with a new one. Upholstery on LR chair & ottoman could stand to be cleaned. We value maintenance and take excellent care of out own property. "

"Two Week Vacation Rental
This house is in a great location (walk/ride to beach)and the pool was fabulous. The house is spacious and nice, but could us a better cleaning service and updating. We did not have pets, but tons of dog waste was in the backyard, which was totally gross (management did come to clean most; shame on prior guests!)The back patio was so nice, except filthy (I wiped down the floor and it was black with dirt). The home could use a new vacuum cleaner; it emits a strong dog odor. The bathroom showers and floors had lots of hair and some mold. These are relatively minor things: I know good cleaning help is on short supply, but perhaps making this home animal free would solve most of the cleanliness issues. Nevertheless, we are grateful for the stay!"

"Our stay in Sea Pines
Our stay was very comfortable for 7 days. The backyard and pool were great.
The location is very convenient and peaceful. Two of the rooms have king beds
Which is great but the third room has a double and is really too small for 2 adults to sleep in. Plus very uncomfortable. I would suggest the owner invests in new bath towels and a shower liner for the guest bath. "

"Great location! Quiet street!
This home is steps from the bike path and short ride to the beach! Very spacious, big screen porch and well stocked kitchen. I would definitely recommend this property. I do have some complaints regarding the cleanliness under the furniture, food, dirty, and a sock under the master bed. I feel that when you pay $250 for cleaning and a late check in at 4pm to allow for extra cleaning it should've been cleaner. I'm not quite sure what the pet fee of $150 goes to. We had to clean up after the previous renters very large dog waste in the yard. The pool was supposed to be cleaned 2X weekly but nobody ever came so by the end of the week the side walls were turning green. I have left 2 messages upon returning home to bring this to managements attention but nobody has returned my call. These are all things that can be easily addressed so still is my recommendation that this is a perfect vacation house for families. "

Pool and yard is great, house is in a very good location and has been nicely updated. The back porch was very dirty - it had obviously not been cleaned and there were cigarette butts in both the front and back yards. The inside of the house was clean."

"Overall a nice vacation
The house was beautiful, Sea Pines is a beautiful area! Plenty of things to see and do! Overall our vacation was great! Only 2 downfalls during our stay, POISONOUS COPPERHEAD snakes in our back yard! Our dog was almost bitten by one! Also I called Travis about a 2nd parking pass that we purchased and he never got back to me, I had to go there to get it handled 3 days later! Very disappointed on lack of customer service at Hilton Head Island rentals! "

"11 Deer Run
Great house and location, but lots of little issues made this a premium priced vacation with a lot of non premium experiences. We vacuumed the property the day after we got there and filled the canister, the pool was supposed to be cleaned mid week and I saw no evidence of this, and there were a ton of leaves and brush up on the roof, with some vines growing through. While this last part was not an inconvenience to me (other than one more place for bugs to breed) it will likely cause a problem in the future. Also we had a heavy rainfall one afternoon and that evening I killed 2 palmetto bugs in the house. A spider, a few ants, or some mosquitoes I can handle, but but my upper limit for palmettos is zero. The master bath was awesome though and I really appreciated the abundance of towels."

"Great family vacation house!
My family had a wonderful experience staying at 11 deer run. It is a great location. Centrally located between Harbortown and the Salty dog. Short walk or bike ride to the beach. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with easy access to bike paths and the golf courses. The pool is good size and the screen porch is a great escape from the insects. The house very functional and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. "

"Nice House
We had a lovely time while staying at this house. The weather was perfect, which helped. This house is a good size with three spacious bedrooms. The furniture is very comfortable, which is not always the case in rentals. The pool was perfect and got great sun during the day. We loved having the bikes in the garage, just open the door and go, and it was very close to the bike path for a quick ride to Harbour Town.
Since the property is pet friendly(we brought ours), it does have a bit of a doggy smell. But we just bought Febreeze and used it during our stay. We were ok with it, because we have dogs."
