Enter the completely remodeled interior of your perfect vacation getaway, and be impressed with the spacious feeling that this villa has to offer. The Living Room features elegant furnishings including a sleeper sofa, coffee table, as well as 4 chairs for additional seating, and a 50" TV. From there you move to the dining area which features a beautiful modern chandelier and coastal decorations, with seating for 6. On to the fully updated kitchen which offers quartz countertops, all new cabinets, as well as new stainless steel appliances. For your convenience, there is also a half bath located on the first level.
Upstairs features 2 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bath. The first features a king bed, 32" TV, and an ensuite with a tub/shower combination. The second features2 full beds, a 32" TV, and an ensuite with a large walk-in shower.

Any rentals cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund minus the Reservation fee. This fee is nonrefundable.
No reservations may be cancelled within 30 days or less of the arrival date for your stay. Full payment is required and no refunds will be issued.
We recommend travel insurance which will reimburse you for your entire stay should you have a qualifying reason.
All Reservations made for a duration of 28 nights or longer are non refundable, travel insurance is highly recommended.
