"Lovely Stay
We stayed a week for vacation at the end of July. The house was well kept and even more spacious than the pictures showed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was convenient to beaches and restaurants as well as family we were visiting across the street in the Wexford neighborhood. Overall great house and great week!"

"A perfect place to stay with a medium sized family or group
This condo was the perfect place to stay for a get-away week. It is located at the end of the strip, allowing for more privacy than some of the other surrounding units. It is very close to the tennis (pickleball) courts and the pool, so you do not have to commute by car. The beach is also within riding distance via bike, if you don’t want to pack up a car and deal with finding a parking spot. Lots of great food in the surrounding area. Plenty of room for a medium sized family or group to sleep comfortably. Highly recommend a stay here and I will definitely be coming back in the future!"

"Had an awesome visit!
This was the nicest condo we’ve stayed in on Hilton Head! The place was pristine with plenty of space for everyone to have privacy. We especially enjoyed the pickleball and tennis courts right outside the back door. And then jumping in the pool after our play was great. Shipyard is the perfect spot—two entrances make it easier to get around and explore HHI. Also beach there is great, and having beach chairs and bikes included was an added bonus! We definitely will return here again!"

overall things were fine, we feel because of the high price we paid a few things need work
the kitchen requires a complete redue, very old and main things stained along with all lighting in kitchen, appliances were fine. we purchased some wine glasses and left them for you

Condo was very clean. We did find a dog turd next to the washer after my wife stepped into it when we returned from playing golf. It appears that someone entered the condo with a small dog while we were away. possibly the owner. Other than that the place was great. "

"Family Thanksgiving
We are current owners in Evian but needed more lodging for visiting family.
This spacious villa provided three full size bedrooms that accommodated six individuals. However, the pullout sofa on the second floor was inadequate for two adults and not private. Owners should consider framing in the room, installing a door and adding a Queen bed."

"Excellent House!
This house was perfect for our family and our friends with kids ages 5-10. The house was equipped with all the essentials in the bathrooms and kitchen. The house was very clean and well laid out. "Lovely Stay, Awesome Hosts!! Will Definitely Rent Here Again!
We had a group of friends stay at this house and had an incredibly stay. There’s a great outdoor back porch overlooking a the river where we enjoyed slow mornings drinking coffee and looking at wildlife. The kitchen, dining area, and living space is spacious and allowed for meals at home, game nights, movie nights, and comfort. Each room was clean, spacious, and perfect in every way. The cherry on top was how proximal the house was to the beach, stores, and restaurants. We truly can’t recommend this place enough!!"

"Best Vacation House Ever!
We had the best time at 177 Evian! It was spacious enough for 6 adults and 4 kids to have the vacation of a lifetime. There were so many amenities (pickleball! tennis! the pool!) at our fingertips and we were a short bike ride/walk/drive to the beach. The condo came stocked with 4 beach chairs and 4 bikes, which was such a nice touch to schlep fewer along with us on the drive down. The four (really nice) bathrooms made it so comfortable and easy for all of us to get ready for dinners out and the spacious kitchen made it easy to cook in, too! We will be returning every year! This was the best beach vacation we've ever taken :)"

"Perfect Villa for our family
We loved how spacious this villa was! The four full bathrooms are a huge plus and it was very clean and updated. Also, we had free access to the tennis courts and free beach parking. The bikes and beach chairs were also a bonus. "

"A Peaceful Location
This unit in the Evian area of Shipyard has an excellent location. The pool and tennis courts are a short walk and it is also an easy walk to the beach. Our visit in early May was before the summer crowds, so the vibe in Shipyard was very mellow, even quiet.

This unit is spacious and features newly renovated bathrooms. It has nice views of the lagoon and feels quite secluded. In fact, it really is a separate house, unconnected to other units. Some of the furnishings are new, and some are older which gives the feel of a family residence rather than a rental property.

We had a relaxing and peaceful experience and would stay in 177 Evain again."
