Welcome to 40 Hickory Cove. Located in Palmetto Dunes, it is just steps away from the community pool and a short walk to the beach. The villa features two bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing ample space.
Upon entering, you find yourself in a bright and open living room, characterized by large windows that allow ample natural light to fill the space. The living area seamlessly connects to a dining space that leads to the kitchen as well as a spacious deck. The dining table seats six, with three bar seats. The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and stone countertops. Located on the first floor is the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private deck. The primary bathroom features a combination tub and shower. An additional bathroom is on the first floor with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs, you'll find a landing with a queen bed in the loft space. Adjoining this space is the guest bedroom. The guest bedroom has two double beds. The second bathroom features a combination tub and shower.

• Trip Preservation –We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement will be subject to the policy terms and conditions. The travel insurance agreement is between Guest and the Policy Provider. Before 45 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 31 to 44 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
The reservation fee is nonrefundable.

Before 60 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 46 to 59 days prior to arrival we will refund 75% of initial payment
Between 31 to 45 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable

• Storms - There are no refunds in the event of a tropical storm, tropical depression, hurricane, or named storm, and all payments will be forfeited.
