Entering this lovely villa the living room is bright and spacious, with gorgeous ocean views from the large windows. New furnishings include a leather sectional sofa and a flat-panel smart TV. The living space is open to the formal dining room, which boasts beautiful ocean views from large windows. The screened porch is located off the dining room and offers covered balcony seating. The kitchen is fully equipped and features gorgeous granite counters, custom cabinets, and brand-new stainless appliances. There is an adjacent breakfast area off the kitchen that has balcony access.
The main bedroom features a king bed with a renovated private bath, an oceanfront balcony, and a 50” flat-panel smart TV. The guest bedroom features a queen-size bed, access to a newly renovated bathroom featuring a walk-in shower that shares access with the hallway, amazing ocean views from the large windows, and a flat-panel smart TV. Before 45 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 31 to 44 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable

Between 46 to 59 days prior to arrival we will refund 75% of initial payment
Between 31 to 45 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
